The hotel & rooms are basic, but they met our needs adequately. The on-site restaurant was adequate & the room included a free breakfast (actually, several types of breakfast could be ordered, including eggs & sausage). The hotel is right in the CBD so we had fun walking around to get a flavor for Nairobi. It's right across the street from a big public market, with LOTS of curio stores. It also seems to be a center for flower merchants. An upscale Arabic restaurant is nearby, along with several coffee shops.
The room adequate for our needs but was pretty small. The WiFi usually worked but sometimes cut out. The shower had an instant hot-water heater as part of the shower head, which was adequate but a bit scary with 220V up there. The one window had no view at all, just an alley. Our key for our room was too stiff for my wife to turn. These are all very minor issues IMO.

Everything the staff are AMAZING and the in house restaurant has the BEST FOOD at really good prices!
Very clean rooms with excellent free wifi.Hot water for showers never runs out. I Highly recommend this hotel as it's in the center of town at MARKET PLACE and close to everything even a large supermarket to buy what you need. Also, getting Uber to the airport is fast and very cheap around $8 USD ! AMAZING! IF you want to take a bus into Tanzania the bus station is only a 5 minute walk away for a 6 hour shuttle to Arusha and Mt. Kilimanjaro for around $20 USD-- GREAT PRICE!
