The staff were courteous and helpful
I had a room on the third floor, initially AC worked properly, by the following day (mid day) the room was steaming hot! When this was brought to the attention of staff they admittedly informed me the AC had been outta of service and currently being worked on. This was a little unsettling because of the establishment knew, why would they not notify?! In that same initial room, the bathroom curtain was gross and both towels and sheets had small stains, here and there. We were eventually switched to a better room WITH working AC on the same floor, bathroom towel and curtains still weren’t the best.
