La localización, está muy bien ubicado, 2-5 min de la catedral y de Alcazar. Espacioso, cómodo, y el staff muy amable.
Las escaleras son angostas, pero se tiene elevador para poder subir, así que eso solventa este punto. En la noche si se llega a escuchar algo de ruido proveniente de la calle. El resto muy bien.

I due bagni sono un plus non da poco. Letti comodi ed era fornita di tutto il necessario. Molto gentile e presente lo staff. Lo consiglio

It's by far the cleanest apartment (short stay rental) that I've been. I don't have even one complain regarding this.
Location is also great, less than 10 minutes from main touristic places in Seville.
I went with my parents and both are over 70. My mother has knee problems and this place doesn't have elevator. That was a big issue for us.
One of the bedrooms is facing the street and noise level until 3 or 4am was 10/10, it's extremely noisy.
