The location was first class, with an easy walking distance of the main attractions in the centre of Seville. Although in a busy central location, the street was pleasantly quiet .The apartment was very spacious and the beds were comfortable; the kitchen facilities met our needs and all the incidentals we needed were provided. The support and information service provided by Dani, was excellent providing accurate and helpful advice about tickets, timings and best options for the historic and social facilities in the city as well as restaurants, et cetera, which really made our stay excellent. Thank you.
The security gate access proved slightly awkward and inconsistent, and guests should be advised to wait for about five seconds once the green light has activated.

The front gate code was a bit temperamental and the aircon in the main bedroom wouldn’t cool properly but was still fine.

Great apartment and location. Spacious. Clean.
Slow response to our concerns: door key pad was faulty at first we waited 45 mins. No bolt lock for front door. AC not working properly in bedrooms. TV not connected to wifi. Closets of 2 smaller rooms have no shelves.
