Location perfect, it's center center. House interior design is fresh and new
The pool is more like a bathtub, but it is still good that there is an option to lie in the water in such hot weather as it is in September

Excellent location, yet tucked away on a side street, so not noisy. Very clean, well appointed. Comfortable. Used the small rooftop dipping pool once, which was nice during very hot weather. Place is air conditioned.
The livingroom and kitchen area are a tiny bit smaller than the pictures suggest, but fine for one or two. No table with chairs to eat at, but you're going to Spain to eat out.

Overall it’s been a good experience, the location is great the building and apartment are nice, my kids love the access code aspect of the doors and pool they really enjoyed.
On the other hand issues we’ve had with the wires left out in the toilet possibly creating problem. We’ve also had some ants walking around on the kitchen countertop. There’s also a strong smell of damp in the room and me as an asthmatic person it’s not ideal.

Pretty ineffective air conditioning. Turned off several times by itself, including during night.
Apartment layout was pretty poor. Furniture had to be moved every night to set up the sofa bed while retaining access to bathroom.
