Property and facilities were great, worked well for a family of 5. Compact kitchen was complete with everything needed. Local restaurants and tourist spots within a few minutes walk. Fantastic stay and air con too

The hosts were amazing! They reached out several days before our stay and provided different recommendations (I.e. day trips, flamenco, restaurants, etc). The were quick to respond to questions and assisted us in booking the events.
The location of the property was great for our family. It was easy to walk to many of the attractions and just explore the central area of seville.
The only feedback I have was the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work as well so it could be a little warm in the room.

We had a very comfortable stay at Genteel Home Zaragoza. AC worked fine, beds were comfortable and all rooms were very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect for quick walk to major landmarks and shopping areas.
Everything was perfect. Some suggestions to share are to have a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. Need stable Wifi.

We had an amazing experience at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone. Even though it is located right in the heart of the city center, it is tucked away in a quiet street, meaning we had no issues with night noise. The view of the street from the living room and one of the bedrooms was also really lovely.
The entire apartment is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen was just the right size and had everything needed for the four of us to prepare breakfast. We really appreciated the starter pack with essentials like coffee and dishwasher tablets, and it was amazing that if you ran out of anything, you could simply message the hosts and they would replenish it. Having an en-suite bathroom for every single bedroom was incredibly convenient for our group, and the apartment also features all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine and an iron.
What we loved most, however, was the outstanding communication. The hosts were always reachable via WhatsApp, and the service was completely hassle-free. You could easily ask them for city recommendations or even have them book local attractions for you, which saved us so much time and effort since they handled everything. The check-in process was also wonderful, as they gave us a warm welcome, handed over the keys, and took the time to show us around the place. This was an absolute five-star experience!
The only minor thing that caught my attention was the bathroom. It was not a cleanliness issue at all, but rather the execution and finishing details. However, it was nothing major and it didn’t really affect our comfort or bother us during our stay.
