Would stay again.

The Cooperstown Bed & Breakfast was a very nice place to stay. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast each morning was cooked to order and delicious. It was located within easy walking distance from downtown. Fred was an excellent host and gave us some good tips on where to eat and things to do.

No complaints.

Really enjoyed the breakfasts and location.

Liked the old feel of the house. Fred could not have been more welcoming. The location was perfect for reaching downtown.

Fellow soldier who made me feel at home with plenty of coffee and cookies

Location was walkable to downtown to avoid parking at park. I used the front porch every morning and night.

For people who like old charm, friendliness and good food this place can’t be beat

Fred and wife Chris were exceptional hosts. They went out of their way to respond to requests, make everyone feel at home, and make sure they were comfortable. Fred collects interesting art, some of which is his own, and that makes the decor quite interesting too. Some might consider it “funky” because of the eclecticism of the art, but we enjoyed it very much.

It’s an old house and guests should not expect modern facilities. But that is part of its charm.

Staying here surpassed our expectations. We loved it.

The host was very personable and went above and beyond to find us a place to have dinner our first night. He called four restaurants to find us a reservation. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated, not too fussy. The breakfasts were delicious and delightful. We were able to eat on the front porch both mornings.

I can't think of any thing that could be better.

Perfect bucket list item for us.

Well there is nothing to not like - Fred is charming and always helpful. He is diligent with his property and fastidious about cleaning - which I love He is a genuine and personable. Perfect for this adorable B&B. The breakfast was delicious.

Well someone took my cheese from the refrigerator upstairs so I’d like a refrigerator in the room and the pillows were not the best but I realize that is an individual preference. Mini muffins in the morning would be a great addition.

Would recommend the Cooperstown B&B to anyone visiting there. :-)

The breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed the waffles.The homemade syrup was a nice touch.Nothing like fresh eggs from their chickens!!! The room was clean and the bed most comfortable with pillows you could sink into.

We couldn't have been happier here. They were so welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was exceptional. We were up in Cooperstown for our sons baseball tournament and it was located perfectly.

Bed was a little small..but that is about it.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Staff was flexible and able to meet my needs when I requested something not on the menu. We loved eating on the porch. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Recommendations from Fred for how to tour the museum were extremely helpful and enhanced our visit.

The very low toilet was difficult for this senior citizen! A grab bar on the wall next to the toilet would have helped. It would have been nice to have help bringing our bags up to and down from our third floor room.

Great, conveniently located B&B, friendly owners and lovely. real fast.

The B&B had a lot of character and country charm. The proximity of the location was the best for nearby sightseeing to downtown Cooperstown or taking a morning jog to Lake Oswego. The homemade breakfast with organic eggs and biscuit were delicious, and our boys loved the afternoon homemade chocolate chip cookies. Owmer Fred was very friendly and hospitable.

The breakfast. Was very good. Fresh eggs from their chickens!!! We were within walking distance to every place we wanted to go.

More hooks in the main room and bathroom to hang clothes. More ice available for cold drinks and coolers!
