Good food,slow service,property needs upgrades.the money to stay here was not worth it.

Breakfast was good, portion were small,we ask for seconds they said no, I guess because they wanted to eat it. Location wasn’t bad,the road leading to the property was bad..

Check is was horrible took 1 hour to locate our reservation,then they didn’t take cards, plus we were the only ones on property,the pool was filthy we couldn’t even use it,the place needs renovations, the beds were half broken n the rooms had roaches and weren’t properly cleaned. Breakfast lunch n dinner took forever, and we were still hungry after. I reserved this place for my 1 year anniversary,but after this visit,I’ll be canceling. They need to change the pictures of the property online cause this place rundown.

I liked the receptionist Kerisha. She was amazing she went above and beyond to try and make our experience good.

The food was not all inclusive, you had limited variety of food. I did not have breakfast as they did not offer anything more than bread and eggs. Oftentimes told that the servings were finished. Please have the expectations that this is like a bed and breakfast. Please come prepared to purchase your food however the place is good just for sleeping.

Get keys for safes in the rooms, hot water and keep the trainnees. The youngsters are sweet.

i loved the Service done by the Young Trainees and the Food was delicious.

No hot water and safe in Rooms didnt worke. The comment of the Manager not to leafe valubals in the room was holarious and as a Manager, he should be ashamed . should i take my passport to the beach? sorry but this was a no go !!!! Other than that my stay was excellent.

NOT ALL INCLUSIVE, NOT AS ADVERTISED ON BOOKING.COM. DO NOT STAY HERE,

Going home. A man called Dwane helped alleviate the misery, this man should be promoted.

Contempt of the staff for the clients. It's a training school, teenage trainees standing round talking loudly and eating all day and screeching all night, customers treated appallingly. Germans were buying their own food to supplement the no choice menu. Disgrace. Manager visibly absent, seen only once flirting with very young trainee girls.
