It is a hidden gem! It's a gorgeous location. Rooms are extremely, views are amazing! . SO many amenities!
August is always seaweed season in the FL Keys.
The sargassum was a little stinky, but that's not something anyone can control.
It never stopped me from going paddle boarding, sitting down by the ocean front or from going to the beaufort pool.

I've stayed here before and the room was so cute plus we had a balcony overlooking the pool/beach on the adult side. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was comfortable, had what we needed as far as fridge, bathrooms, etc. I like that the parking, is attached. The space is cute and just really enjoy the atmosphere of the resort
the lighting in the room wasn't great and could be upgraded. Other upgrades needed are plugs or furniture with usb ports for the multiple electronics people have now. I like that the parking is attached, however, it rained while we were there and had to find alternate routes due to flooding in the pathway when walking to the lobby/restaurant.

Everything! Upon arrival we were greeted and informed we can use the property while we wait for our room and they would do their best to check us in early. We met Wilma, the property cat, had a complimentary rum punch and the guys got to Kiteboard all day out back. Between the pools, beach, dock, sauna, on site bars and restaurants, we were perfectly entertained. Connie was extremely helpful and kind in assisting our needs throughout the entire accommodation. We can’t wait to be back for more windy days, and to see Wilma of course.

The room was lovely with a relaxed stylish theme and a very comfortable bed.
The food from the market was delicious.
The facilities were limited. There was no beach access and only access to the water from the dock due to the sea grass. The sea grass was incredibly smelly at low tide and whilst I understand this is a natural decay process, no effort was made to remove artificial rubbish from the coast line meaning the grass contained plastic which could have easily been removed.
There was no management of the adults only pool which resulted in multiple parties playing different style music out loud during the day and into the evening. They did stop by about 10pm but it did impact enjoyment of the balcony which was directly above the pool.
The cost for five nights was comparable to other four star resorts however I don’t feel the facilities or service made this in any way value for money. The area has lots to offer but I would look for other accommodation options in future.
