Walk down the stairs to find a bedroom with full bed, down the hall you'll find a Queen bed in an open layout and two twin beds off of this area. This floor also has another full bath with tub. Great setup for parents/children! Drop off beach chairs/toys, use outdoor shower and walk right into this lower level. Perfect for sandy kids to rinse off before taking a bath before dinner! Amenities include: WiFi /cable /washer & dryer, CENTRAL AIR. Large deck with (2) patio sets for large outdoor cookouts and plenty of seating! Brand new Weber gas grill. The perfect beach escape for your family! Works great for two families who want their own space to get ready but plenty of room to be together too! Sleeps 8 comfortably.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. Our big family came to the Cape for my father’s funeral, and despite the sad circumstances, we had a beautiful stay and such accommodating hosts. My two children (9 & 11) loved the house, (the kid area was perfect for them to spread out and play without being tacky or overwhelming! We were able to host to visitors ages 4 to 80 and everybody commented on what a perfect Cape house it is. The proximity to the beach alone made the trip. Along with the bright airy rooms, ample beds and amenities such as the washer and dryer and outdoor shower were really the icing on the cake. Thank you so much to our hosts for their wonderful communication, quick replies and speedy action when we had issues (of our own creation). Would recommend to everyone and we will absolutely be back purely for fun.

We had an awesome time! The house was super cute and perfect for us. Very, very close to the beach which is a big plus. Katelyn was very responsive and great to work with.

I loved the way the house was decorated with a beach theme. We also thought the location was great we walked to the beach everyday and walked to the Island Queen to take us to Martha's Vineyard for the day.
