Very beautifully presented, huge apartment, brilliant location, super convenient, lovely and responsive staff, sufficient kitchen equipment/crockery/cutlery, Nespresso machine.
Bizarre kitchen layout, where you have to close the kitchen door to access the oven, microwave and cutlery drawer! But that’s definitely not a deal breaker unless you really want to do a lot of cooking…

The location is excellent!! Easy access after a late flight with brilliant communication throughout. It was clean & spacious…
It was a bit noisy in the early hours but I wouldn’t let it stop me for a return visit.
Just a note; arriving in after a late flight we would have preferred the sofa bed would have been made up.

The location was quite good as just in the city centre though we really struggled at first to find the place. We were sent a photo of what the door looked like and the location by google map after calling the reception, wished they sent it during the time when we were given the key to the apartment.
Maybe some welcome pack with coffee, tea and water as we arrived quite late and had to look for a grocery shop that was still open.

Location was perfect.The apartment was ok.The staff were really good and responded straight away to any questions
So noisy all night till at least 4 am so we hardly got any sleep.The bathroom needs a good scrub and an update. the bathroom is in the bedroom so if anyone is in the other room they have to come into the bedroom to use the toilet while you are in bed which was not good at all.There is construction facing so it was loud all day every day.The windows are high up so the only view you have is the building across where the construction is.We weren’t told about this when we booked
