Excellent wine card (with champagne included in our package!), attentive and friendly staff, the presence of a music band, the presence of tennis courts, cleaning 2 times per day, daily replenishment of mini-bar, cleanliness everywhere, comfortable beds and pillows, the presence of spa, promo for laundry service. Emerald is indeed an all-inclusive resort. Many thanks to Shafi, David, Yulia, Andrey, Sapa who made our stay unforgettable!

Our water villa was beautiful and spacious, and the food in the Resort is absolutely incredible! We especially loved the grill show in Asiatique.
The biggest highlight was the wonderful staff. Special greetings from Switzerland to our lovely host Amaan, who has the most charming smile in the world!
A very special thank you to the amazing staff at Amazonic restaurant. Looking at pictures of staff taking from my child almost brings tears to our eyes! :-) the fantastic breakfast teams and the incredibly caring Kids Club staff. Everywhere we went, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. My child was extremely happy! 💕
The resort is very much oriented towards the Russian market, with a large number of Russian-speaking guests, some rather loud groups, Russian signage and even Russian dishes at breakfast. This made the atmosphere feel less exclusive and refined than we had expected from lhw.
Beach access is unfortunately limited due to the private beach villas. The two main beaches were often crowded, with guests reserving sunbeds. The island also felt busy, with bicycles and people everywhere, making peaceful beach walks difficult. This is quite unusual for the Maldives, where you normally experience that special feeling of being on a secluded tropical island.
Privacy was mostly limited to our villa, and even there it wasn’t always guaranteed (that was discussed with the manager)
Despite these drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay, mainly thanks to the exceptional staff. We received lovely gifts, enjoyed a complimentary breakfast in our villa, and all our requests were handled promptly.

We would also like to thank the entire team for their professionalism, competence, and promptness in responding to every need, always with a smile on their faces!
The island is beautiful, with its stunning tropical scenery. We enjoyed exploring it on foot, as well as by bicycle (tricycles are also available).
We went snorkeling (equipment is available on-site) and saw lots of interesting fish. This is truly a destination that helps you recharge your batteries and return home feeling refreshed!
I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
