Die Lage ist so optimal, dass man täglich in der unmittelbaren Nähe das Frühstück mit leckerem Cappuccino kaufen kann und auch alle mögliche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es lohnt sich, stets auswärts in Venedig essen zu gehen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sind auch Spielzeuge in den Schränken gelagert und ein Kinderstuhl ist in der Küche. Meine Freundin und ich kommen gerne wieder!
Am Anfang fand ich die DU/WC im grünen Schlafzimmer etwas klein. Jedoch ist es sehr praktisch, dass von jedem Schlafzimmer aus eine direkte Verbindungstür zur DU/WC ist und dass die Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und zwei grossen Schlafzimmern ausgestattet ist.

location! absolutely great location near San Marco.
not as nice as expected. pictures were better than reality. one bathroom is shoe horned into a wardrobe. it has air conditioning, but if you want to actually use it… then that is 10€ per day. that felt cheap on their part. also, taxes were only paid by cash (not card like the reservation). multiple annoyances added up to a mediocre experience. we were disappointed.
