Cute apartment for a family stay right off a canal with gondolas constantly floating by

Amazing location right off a small canal. Wandered around everywhere and loved returning to our cute little apartment midday to cool off with the A/C and fans. My husband and I travel with our 3 kids and the bunk bed was perfect for our two oldest and the couch was made up into a comfy little bed for my youngest. Nicola was extremely helpful when we had a question and was able to help. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen too! Very helpful to have a dishwasher.

Really great location and very nice room layout

This location is incredible, it is a short walk to the Piazza San Marco and the Doge's Palace. It is right on the canal at the end of "street" next to a very nice restaurant(Bistro De Venise). There was plenty of room for us two but there was also a set of bunk beds if you had kids with you and they fold up if you want them out of the way. There is a gondola pickup right by the front door so you can pick one up there if they are around. We did an evening ride from there one night and it was quite pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The only thing that got us was we wanted to keep the windows open but depending on the time of day the canals don't smell the best. That is just a thing in Venice it has little to do with this location.

Amazing location, ground floor, very easy to access everything vital in Venice

Next to empty kitchen, no basics. Would make a huge difference having a washing machine.

La situación a 5’ de plaza san marco y de rialto es inmejorable, el alojamiento da a un canal y pasan continuamente las góndolas por delante, muy pintoresco. El alojamiento muy comodo, camas y baño. La persona encargada muy amable nos avisó cuando el apartamento estaba listo y pudimos entrar 2 horas antes de lo establecido

Había dos bastoncillos de los oídos encima de la mesita de noche del huésped anterior, y servimos agua en los vasos del armario, sin darnos cuenta de que uno estaba muy sucio. Deberían darle un toque al servicio de limpieza. A parte de eso, todo estaba limpio
