Fantastic comms with the owner. Brilliant location - quiet, yet extremely central. Very spacious apartment, and comfortable beds and seating.
Small point but 2 of the air con units weren't working. This is only s small point as the working ones were efficient and kept the apartment cool - which was a relief given the humidity outside!

The location and the amount of space was amazing!
One of the bedrooms didn’t have good access to AC.

The location was excellent! Far enough off the beaten path to be quiet at all times of the day/night. Private water taxi could drop off or pick up at the door. (We had 5 adults with luggage)
First of all it was HOT in Venice. It took a while for the air conditioners to catch up. Once they did it cooled well.
