We booked two units through Lis Apartments and enjoyed both! Everything was as described- it was nice that they also left water and coffee for us to start our stay :)
The hill up to the unit made it difficult for Uber/Bolt, but that was expected. It was a bit farther from major parts of the city than we anticipated but this didn’t impact our trip too much.

Good, well equipped apartment with comfy beds and everything required.
The area wasn’t all that nice, especially at night. Pretty handy for the centre of Lisbon but wasn’t too nice late on. Also, apartment was up quite a steep hill- fine for us but should be noted if you have any mobility challenges as wouldn’t be suitable.

Spacious. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great amenities. Great patio and windows. Great AC and appliances. Everything we needed for a wonderful holiday
Dead end road with steep incline leading to entrance made for difficult access with luggage. Road gets blocked by parked vehicles or drivers don’t want to have to back up all the way down the hill to leave. Would have been nice to have been warned of this. Host didn’t meet us due to flight delay and when we followed instructions to call from the airport no one answered until we arrived at the property. Not a long delay getting access but onsite help would have been appreciated

Lis Apartments is not an option for a long stay. It works for a few nights for 2 people.
The best part is that it is relatively close to the oldtown (30 minutes walk) and the neighborhood is quiet.
We were 4 people, we booked the Standard One-Bedroom Apartment, on the ground floor.
There is only one real room available. When you enter the apartment, there is a space (you can hardly call it a room) where an extensible couch is placed for 2 people. You can sit on it directly from the doorway, that’s how close it is from the entry.
There is a musty smell all over the apartment. There is a lightwell that is considered to be an outdoor space for a table and a chair. It is extremely tight, split in two between two apartments and cannot be used for anything really, except maybe to dry some clothes faster.
The code to the door was not changed after the previous tenant left. We had just arrived (for one hour), we decided to take a nap before taking a walk. The door opened all of a sudden, a girl came in and started screaming when she saw us. It was a group of friends that had previously stayed there, left their luggage in the apartment in the morning and returned for it in the afternoon. The luggage was no longer there but, seeing that nobody from the property answered the phone, they decided to enter to see if their luggage was still in the apartment. It wasn’t, but we were.
As a side-note, the photos from Booking are way brighter than the reality is.
