The hotel was very nice and the rooms were comfortable. The included breakfast was good and had a variety of options.
The room was good but there was a lingering sewage smell throughout our stay that we couldn’t get rid of even with windows open

We chose the hotel due to the location and pictured. It was not so central / directly to the main street, but it was not so far from it. Parking directly outside of the main entrance. The infrastructure is very warm and welcoming. The design is modern and clean. Unfortunately nothing positive remaining.
There were several things I truly believe that the hotel can improve. Here some of them:
- The breakfast is the worst I had in CR. While the CR gastronomy is simple but amazing, the hotel offered tasteless low quality food - starting the first day with the breakfast.
- The room, while big and comfortable, had a non functioning air conditioning from the beginning on.
When this was reported, they stated that they cannot do nothing, not even offering a proper/proportional compensation at all. Customer service at its lowest.
