About this house rental
Situated in Asheville, this lovely house for $100 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The home is located in trendy West Asheville, just a short walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, music venues, bars, and shops. Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District are just a short ride away. This quaint two-bedroom home is the upstairs of a ranch-style house and has a comfortable queen size bed in each room and all linens are provided. Also has a 4 person hot tub just off the kitchen on the back deck to catch a sunset! The living room has a large cozy couch and a TV for a relaxing night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, including complimentary coffee, tea, and condiments, as well as a dining table. There is a full bathroom with extra linens provided. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard where you can relax on a large deck and let your pet play. (Wildlife notice: some of the neighbors have chickens and roosters. As far as this being a disturbance for our guests they are hardly noticed, but it might be disturbing for your pet). We provide private, off-street parking during your stay around the back of the home. I hope you choose my home for your next stay in Asheville! Our recent stay at this cozy two-bedroom home in West Asheville was nothing short of delightful! The location is ideal, with trendy restaurants, breweries, music venues, and shops just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to Downtown Asheville, the Biltmore House, and the River Arts District.
The home itself is charming, situated on the upper floor of a ranch-style house. The comfortable queen-size beds in each room made for a restful night's sleep, and all the necessary linens were provided. We especially loved the 4-person hot tub on the back deck – perfect for catching a stunning sunset or stargazing.
One of the highlights was the large fenced-in backyard, ideal for our dogs. Although there neighboring chickens and roosters, they were hardly noticeable and didn't disturb our pets or us at all.
Crystal, our host, was exceptional – the house was well-stocked, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hot tub and dog yard were definite winners!
We highly recommend this place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pups. . Don't miss the nearby New Belgium brewery and 12 Bones – must-visit spots suggested by our wonderful host.

The place was nice, warm and cozy but there was a lot of street noise making it difficult to sleep even with a white noise machine. It was difficult to get into the place, the lock box wasn’t functioning properly ( the owner did say it was going to be replaced). We didn’t spend much time there but it did seem like it was close to a lot of things (coffee shop, doughnut place and other food places).

We loved our stay! We could walk to multiple businesses in West Asheville and the house was very cozy. The owner provided many nice amenities like coffee, tea, snack bars, and even a nice basket with doggy supplies and treats! Would definitely stay here again.

The first bedroom definitely needs a ceiling fan! There should also be place settings for 4. Corelle is an inexpensive but easy fix. The property listed a washer and dryer but didn’t say that you had to ask permission for access. It should say this in the description. Overall it was a nice place and conveniently located.

Good size, updated very nicely, well stocked. Rated lower because we had no number to text owner on how to plug in the dvd player, I could hear the full conversation of the tenant below us through the vent in the bedroom, the lighting in bedrooms was terrible, check out was 10am, and there was urine all over the bathroom seat upon our first use of it. But over all the price is right, prior to all the taxes and fees. : /

The house was exactly what we expected. It was well stocked (coffee pods, tea, trash bags, pots/pans etc. The only thing I would say is that the hot tub needs to be warmer. The note said to keep it at 102 which it was set at, but it would only say it was actually 92.

This property was in a great location, we were able to walk to new Belgium brewing and some other breweries close by. Everything was as described, but we were surprised to see that the fenced in yard was not actually connected to the back porch, so if we wanted to let the dogs run free, we needed to bring them outside and bring them to the fenced in area. Other than that everything else was as described, and we were very happy with the house and would stay again. Lots of supplies in the kitchen, snacks, coffee, and everything was clean. Was also in a safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend.

This is a great little gem in a cool part of town. It’s right across from New Belgium Brewery and some good restaurants. The host is incredibly flexible and very kind. I recommend this to any couple or family looking for a getaway.

We enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable for both couples (4 people). The location was great. Very close to downtown making it easy to head into town and explore. The hot tub was an adding bonus! The onsite property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

My husband, dog, and I stayed at this VRBO for two weeks on an extended working vacation. We had previously stayed here for a long weekend, so we were looking forward to a longer stay.
Pros: The location cannot be beat, the kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every evening after visiting nearby hiking trails / breweries / etc. It was generally comfortable to live and work for two weeks while exploring Asheville.
Cons: This property is listed as non-smoking, but we smelled cigarette smoke inside our unit - coming from the downstairs tenant - nearly every day of our stay (even after addressing it with the host). If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider another stay.
During our stay, the hot water tank went out (which we understand an happen at any time). However, the repair was not completed correctly and resulted in a gas leak. Our dog was home alone at the time (thankfully he was unharmed).
Ultimately, we would not feel comfortable staying here again.

We got in that hot tub just about every night! I had completely forgotten about the existence of fireflies, but was absolutely thrilled to see hundreds of them every night (also deer, rabbits, and groundhogs). We were within walking distance to Taco Billy, which was deliciously convenient. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of basics to get you through your stay. Location was perfect, right between downtown and West Asheville. And the neighbors were all super friendly! We didn’t want to leave!

We were literally minutes from everything we wanted to do and downtown Asheville. Lovely quiet neighborhood for good sleeping. Everything was provided to be able to enjoy a morning coffee. Comfy beds, clean house and spacious deck. Would definitely re-book if we return to Asheville. Check out Sparky's Bardega on Broadway for some cool items, good local beer and advice on what to do in Asheville. We LOVED it.
