Everything especially the location and the facilities
No remote for the gate,and the white old security guy needs to go on pension,you always have to look for him when you need to go out as he's the one opening the gate...and he couldn't hear each time I called to tell him I needed to go out

The overall experience was great, the room looked exactly like the picture, didn't have anything more or less. Wonderful staff and very warm welcome received.
The flooring of the room was a bit poor. It didn't line up nicely and pinched as you walked barefoot.

It was well located
Not all rooms had proper curtains so the light shone through in the early morning.
