Family's Paradise
Colony Reef Club is a family's paradise especially if you have young children(ages 2-11). The facility is somewhat shaped as a horseshoe, with the inside having either the balony or patio. Within the inside, there is a well maintained grassy area and the pool area for the children to play.

This property was excellent for my family and I. The condo was clean and had everything you might need from beach towels to sunscreen. Our only disappointment was that the outdoor pool closes at dusk but everything else was wonderful!

From a visual comparison, pictures to reality it is exactly as described, which was a pleasant surprise this day and age. In other experiences we were shown either outdated pictures or completely wrong pictures...misrepresented. This condo was not, and all the amenities were just as described...right down to the beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys, etc. These "extra" amenities is what set this condo apart from others that we were considering. Because of these we did not have to be concerned about bringing those with us or even purchasing them. This theme of hospitality, amenities, was consistent thoroughout the condo, from spices, coffee, sugar, maple syrup, etc....all of these were available...even though we brought our own, we were pleasantly surprised by the copiousness of these incidentals. Cleaning supplies were available, which we were again grateful for. The condo was very comfortable and had an air of hominess, as though it was our own second/vacation home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and very well outfitted with very soft and plush towels. There was room for all 6 of our family memeber to sit comfortably in the livingroom. The kichen utinsels were more than adequate for our stay and there were many kitchen appliances, including, to my great surprise/delight, a rice cooker! The A/C unit kept up with our demands for remaining comfortable and the security on the premises gave us great peace of mind. If I could find any room for improvement it would be miniscule at best, save these two suggestions: The outdoor grill is electric and very small...good for maybe 4 hamburgers or 2 small steaks....as it seems that a couple of other units had the same grill, this may be a property rule limiting the size and cooking method of the grills. The other suggestion...the master bath shower head has very low pressure, and possibly need to be cleaned/descaled with vinegar. If we had known about this condo at the begininng of our search, we wouldn't have spent so much time and efforts searching....IF we ever return to St. Augstin area we will definitely be staying here!!

Great for families! Loved it, no complaints. Close to the pool, beach, and every night kids were playing in the yard. My kid had an absolute blast. We were sad to leave. Hope to be back again soon.

Perfect summer vacay

A wonderful St Augustine experience had by all
My husband, two children, mother and myself stayed at this lovely property. Paula was a delight to communicate with and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 6. The condo offered alot of extras in case you forgot something which was so nice! Spoke to Paula a few times and she was very helpful and responded back immediately. Will definitely be returning.

Very Nice Stay and Condo
Check in was a breeze. The condo is very nice inside and out. It's located on the first floor and unloading/loading was a breeze. We are a large family of 5 with a guest (6 total) and we were all very comfortable with space and sleeping arrangements. The condo is on the beach and has a lovely outdoor pool and play area for kids. It was a quick drive to Publix and minutes from St. Augustine district/shopping. We stayed for the long weekend and had a lovely time. Laurie, the owner is very sweet and accommodating. She contacted us before arriving to give us details on what to do and responded quickly with any questions. She also was so sweet to reach out weeks after to make sure we had a nice time and enjoyed ourselves! We'd book again for spring break but it's already taken. :) Highly recommend to anyone wanting both the beach and touristy area within reach!

Then, you walk inside to see that the outdoor space blends right into the lush courtyard and steps to the pool. A short walk down the boardwalk and you enjoying sugar sand beaches and the refreshing Atlantic Ocean. The only improvements we could recommend (and it was a stretch to find any) are to fix the wonky patio screen door that wouldn't stay on track, and the relocating the wifi router which couldn't reach outdoor patio. Regardless, this was a 5 star rental which we will absolutely book again.

Would highly reccomend!
The place was perfectly located near all major roads. It was clean & the beach access was amazing! We went in late December & we still were able to get in the ocean. The heated pool was 84 degrees! Awesome property!

Amazing Rental
My siblings and I stayed here for a wedding. The condo was stocked extremely well with everything and anything you would need from the kitchen to beach accessories. Paula, the property manager was responsive and made the check in process seamless. Would definitely stay here again! 5 STARS

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Very well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of beach chairs/boogie boards/noodles etc! Great location. Loved relaxing on the back porch in the evening with the cool Atlantic breeze and the kids playing in the large yard! What a great weekend, thank you!

It was the first time all of us sisters, four of us, got together for an escape. We found the condo perfect. There was nothing we did not enjoy. The condo was very well maintained and clean. The location perfect for trips to the beach. The pools were clean and the condo so well stocked with anything we might need. I would recommend Sandy Feet to anyone. Thank you.

I read through all the reviews and am trying to come up with something different LOL....the place is super clean, super comfy, super location. Loved late night hot tub (pool and spa stays open until 11pm). The information book owners provide was so helpful - especially the list of Facebook pages etc... it was so easy to find out what was going on. We only ate at restaurants that had coupons is the magazine required...it saved us $108 over the course of the week! Any other place we travel to will be compared to Sandy Feet!

First impression - so much prettier than the pictures and CLEAN! Bedding was comfortable, pretty and soft and in great condition. Bathroom towels the same. So much provided for guests - dozens of travel size toiletries, cleaning supplies, DVD's, magazines, games...even crossword puzzle books. Packet came with simple instructions, local magazine with coupons. Needed noting for the beach - chairs, toys, towels, skim boards and a wagon to load it all up. Truly I've never stayed anywhere that had so much for guests. Complex is well kept and while it was too chilly for beach and pool, we did use the hot tub!

Great location all around. View of the ocean from patio, steps from the pool. Unloading parking spot is right in front of condo although you don't have to bring too much with you. This place has all you need - beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, games, wagon, DVD's, games, toys for kids, coloring books,crockpot, blender.....really - pack light!
Impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. Kudos to the decor - beachy but really felt like home! Will be back!

Just two of us but would easily be a perfect place for more. Decorated so comfortably - really felt like home!! Love the island and the city - no shortage of places to eat, grab coffee....we recommend progressive dining so you can at least try out as many places as possible!

Loved Sandy Feet. Location, decor, amenities - condo is extremely well equipped. Hair dryers, flat iron, tons of travel size toiletries . Was clean, updated and very comfortable. You won't be disappointed@!

Sandy Feet was perfect, really! Comfortable, very well stocked with kitchen items - there was tin foil, baggies, straws, spices, oil, even local honey! Plenty of coffee - and you had your choice of Keurig or conventional brew. Crock pot, blender.... lacked nothing! Location of condo in complex ideal. Close to pool but not too close so when on patio there was privacy. Beach a very short walk and you can view the sunrise right from the patio....oh, they even have travel coffee cups so you can take on the beach in the morning! Owners truly put so much thought into Sandy Feet!

Wonderful location close to Historic downtown and right on the beach!! The condo our family stayed in had everything you could possibly need for a day or days at the beach supplied for you. We loved the bottom floor for the kids easy access to the pool. The condo was clean, decorated the a beach theme! We would definitely stay again:)

Amazing and perfect!
We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect for our needs. Two families together. Everything was there. All we had to bring was our swimsuits and imaginations! We were on the beach or in the pool everyday. Corespondent with the rental staff was flawless. Very hospitable! Will definitely book again! St. Augustine never disappoints!
