This unit features Wet bar including mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker; Bedding includes 2 Queen beds, 1 Sofa bed most comfortable for 2 children; Bath(s) - 2 Full. Maximum occupancy is 6. This suite is ornately designed with simplicity, leaving the impression of an old-fashioned Southern hospitality. Additional room amenities include: cable television, CD stereo, wi-fi (or internet), coffee maker, and a microwave. NOTE: No kitchen or laundry facilities are available in this unit. However, laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor and there are endless dining options. Apart from all that, this resort is a great place to base yourself from your home away from home. The most beautiful resort to visit for families and couples on St Pete Beach, along the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the shoreline, and voted number in TripAdvisor's 2012 Traveler's Choice Awards. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $150 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. The nearest airports to Bluegreen at TradeWinds are St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) which are 21 miles and 28.9 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Bluegreen at TradeWinds, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. *** RESORT FEES *** $45 a day per unit. *** Parking Policy *** Onsite parking. One vehicle per unit. Additional parking unavailable. TradeWinds has increased enforcement of parking restrictions and has partnered with a towing company to tow any non-registered guest vehicle. To ensure your vehicle is properly identified as a registered guest, always clearly display the appropriate parking pass in your vehicle. Towed vehicles are the sole expense of the owner. Luggage carts are available in the Breckenridge lobby. Bellman available if you need assistance. There is no parking available for over-sized vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats. Trailers will not be allowed to park on property but may be parked at an offsite lot less than 1 mile away if available. Please be advised that this event is expected to bring crowds and more noise than usual. *** Pet Policy *** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. *** Smoking Policy *** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.

Stayed for five nights, housekeeping never came once. Had to call for towels everyday. Had to empty our own garbage, make our own beds and do our own dishes. Also, they failed to say when we booked that half the resort was shut down for remodeling, so half the pools we closed and the ocean activities for the kids weren't even open. Will never book a vacation here again. Very disappointed.

Just what we were looking for. We needed rom for 5 adults right in the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better room as we had plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. The resort was clean and not crowded. We enjoyed the live music at night and plenary of activities for the say time the sunsets were amazing
