Located in Treasure Island, this attractive condo for $588 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come and enjoy amazing sunsets and views of the Gulf of Mexico from our double decking. Once you step out the door down an exclusive path to the sugary sands of Treasure Island you know you found paradise. Beach Haven A3 is situated in a prime low key area of Treasure Island. While you enjoy your own private beach you will find you are still within walking distance to Caddy’s on the beach . Caddy’s occasionally host outdoor concerts on the sand. Enjoy a long list of brews at Sea dog brewery , Shrimpys on the inter coastal and the world famous Kitiki Beach Bar and music venue are a short walk away as well. Within a 5 min drive guest can enjoy a variety of shopping, water sports and dining at Johns Pass or St Pete Beach. Treasureisland offers all types of water activities including: Parasailing, boating, fishing, jet ski rentals , sunset cruises or enjoy a dolphin watch. This Townehome is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Whole house filtration and water softening has been installed and in an effort to lessen our carbon foot print a state of the art water filtration cooler is in the unit. So there is no need to purchase bottled water during your stay. The first level provides an open floor plan with panoramic views from the living room , kitchen and dining area. A half bath with a full washer and dryer are on the first floor as well. The master bedroom and second bedroom on the top level exudes luxury and beachside charm. Let go of your cares while you fall asleep listening to the waves in our comfortable beds adorned with luxury linens. The master bedroom has its own bath room and shower. A full bath room and third bedroom are included on the second level. Our spacious decks on each level provide additional outdoor space for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At times you can watch dolphins swimming by. After a day at the beach enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

Relaxing, all the comforts of home, restaurants within walking distance, beautiful sunsets and miles of sand dunes and beaches. This unit has everything you will need to have an enjoyable beach experience. We most definitely plan on renting again.

Place is right on the beach! They provided everything that you need to enjoy the beach. Chairs, towels, games beach wagon, kayak and more. All great when you’re flying in for the stay. Location is convenient to everything in Treasure Island and only about two miles from John’s Pass. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful clean condo with amazing deck overlooking private beach. Very short walk to Caddy’s for lunch upstairs. Dave, owner, was very responsive to inquiries . Was very satisfied and relieved all the positive reviews were accurate .

This was the 2nd annual girls trip myself and two friends booked at this location! This property is excellent. We loved being right on the beach and seeing amazing sunsets. We had two times we needed to contact the owners and they were very prompt and kind. We will hopefully be back!

This unit is perfect for a family get away. Spacious, clean, perfect location, very well equipped. Loved the large decks and outdoor shower made clean up with kids so much easier. Lots of beach equipment and beach towels provided. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds. Excellent communication with attentive owners. I would highly recommend this unit. Nice experience.

Omg is all I can say. So clean, all the little extras that you wouldn’t expect. Don’t pack gear for the beach because it’s all there. We stayed the 4th holiday and the beach still wasn’t busy. A lot of restaurants very close by. Little shops to get your goodies. You really don’t even have to get back in your car once your there. We did grocery delivery. Just spent the week completely relaxed with a breath taking view, and perfect location.

The absolute best place and location we have ever stayed at on a beach. This is an absolute must stay place. We have decided that this will be our go too anytime we travel to the beach. Booking was easy and the owners are the best to deal with. Great communication so friendly and accommodating. A five star rating is not high enough as my family absolutely loved the place.

First off this condo and location is absolutely amazing!! Check in was probably the most convenient and easiest I’ve ever experienced! We never had to contact the owners after arriving because there were ZERO issues, concerns or questions! The condo was fully stocked with liens, beach towels and bathroom towels and lots of them which we loved!very very clean! Beds were comfortable and we felt right at home! I could not have picked a better location or condo! Thank you so much! We will most definitely be staying here again!! Thank you again for a great experience visiting treasure island!

This place was everything we hoped for - literally paradise right on the beach! Upper and lower level decks both facing the ocean made getting up each morning easy. There is no better view to sit and enjoy morning coffee! Then, when we decided to actually head to the beach, it was only steps away out the back gate. There is also an outdoor closet full of chairs, paddle boards, and umbrellas. The condo had everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved our stay here!

The condo was great, clean and just as promised on VRBO. We totally enjoyed our beach vacation in February. View of the beach and sunsets from the deck (and from inside the condo) was spectacular. The beach was NOT crowded, since this is NOT a high rise condo with hundreds of guests. The owners were local and very helpful. We would stay here again.

This was a rearranged trip. Hosts were accommodating when we had to cancel/ delay vacation due to hurricane Ian. First class communication at every step. Condo is as advertised and in great location.

We couldn't have been happier. We will definitely book this rental again when we come next year! It is a great location and was supplied with everything we needed. The hosts were great communicators and were extremely helpful. For example, we had a question about one of the appliances and help arrived within 15-20 min to get us squared away.

Location can’t be beat! We walked to a Caddy’s for breakfast most mornings and then played on the beach with our daughter each day. The multiple patios is such a great touch and very relaxing. Easy 2 minute drive to Publix. Rental had everything you could need for beach - including chairs for adults and kids.

Great property, this was a short family trip, great location right between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. Amazing sunsets only downside is the driveway can be tricky to get out of. Highly recommend place to stay if we go back we would stay here again.

There is a market that has soda, ice and beer across the street and Caddy's on the Beach was half a mile walk down the beach. Our only complaint from our stay was we did not receive our check-in information until 20 minutes before the check-in time of 4:00 pm. I had to message and call the owner to get the code. We had no issues so we did not have to contact the owner after that.
