House Rules:
-Absolutely no professional or commercial photography, videography, or content creation of any kind is permitted. Influencers, content creators, and anyone filming or photographing for public/social media distribution must obtain written approval in advance. Unauthorized commercial use will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

-We have selected very high-end finishes through this luxury property for you to enjoy. During your stay we ask you please be aware of the following house rules. It is the tenants responsibility to be sure their guests are aware of the house rules.

-Smoke free property

-No glassware at the pool, plasticware is provided

-No glass bottle beverages in or around the pool. Please transfer to plasticware or Yeti cups

-Furniture Covers stored in deck box when not in use, deck box is located left rear of pool spa

-Upholstered Furniture on pool deck must be covered during rain

-BBQ covered when not in use

-Propane refill tanks located in the garage; tenants are responsible for refilling as needed

-Please be mindful to turn off propane tanks when not in use to BBQ, Seating Area Firepit and Dining Table firepit.

-Pool & Beach towels provided, they are multicolored

-Bathroom towels are not Beach towels and must remain on property

-No wet towels or bathing suits permitted when sitting on indoor upholstered sofas and dining chairs. Please avoid colored towels on indoor upholstered furniture and use dry white towel if needed

-Please be mindful of Sun-tan oils on bedding and indoor furniture

-Luggage racks are provided in bedrooms for luggage. If unpacking luggage on bed, please use a towel on top of bed to prevent soiling and stains to duvet covers.

-Coasters are to be used for all indoor beverages to protect finishes on tables, nightstands and dressers

-Please be mindful when washing towels & sheets not to mix whites with colored laundry. Wash whites with whites. greys with greys and multicolor towels same

-As a courtesy to your neighbors, quiet hours are after 10pm
