About this condo rental
Located in Sunset Beach, this attractive condo for $580 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautifully renovated beach front condo! One bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed next to the bathroom. Primary bedroom with private balcony and guest bedroom are on the 2nd floor. Two parking passes available. Plenty of beach chairs and accessories to enjoy the beach and pool. Receive an electronic code on the day of check in to access the condo at your own time. 9 miles from downtown St. Pete! Beautiful new pier! POOL IS OPEN and HEATED! Entrance on 6th floor that leads into the living room and kitchen area. One bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom on the first (main floor). Great for elderly guests with disabilities that cannot go upstairs where the master bedroom with private balcony and guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds (full/twin). Another large bathroom with walk in shower. Two parking passes provided for guests to park anywhere on property. Covered area to keep your car protected from the sun. No other vehicles allowed to park on property without parking pass. 2 vehicle limit. I live locally so I can be there within 30 min at anytime if needed. Or else you are provided an access code to enter and leave the condo on your own time. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. Local trolley up and down the gulf coast for $5 a day, freebeachride.com, Uber, lyft, Absolutely NO PETS on property! No boats, jet skis, or trailers allowed on property as well. Limit to two parking passes on property. Other vehicles may be towed with no parking pass at guests expense. NO smoking on balconies. Please smoke at the boardwalk.

Check in was seamless. The condo had everything you would need to relax on the beach or float in the water. We like to grill so we took advantage of one of the grills, all the utensils were available. Entertainment was walking distance away. You could not ask for anything more. Thank you for let us share your water front dream.

Family of 5 adults, great home very clean, modern and roomy. Centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do in San Diego from the Pacific beach area to downtown to the zoo. Would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed the low key location and plenty of great dinner options in close proximity. Unit was updated, clean and had plants of towels!! Private balcony was perfect for looking out and even seeing dolphins and manatees swim by.

Condo was just as pictured, clean and well equipped! Check-in and check-out was very easy. Good communication from owner. Plenty of beach accessories, towels, kitchen well equipped and quiet beach for Spring Break week. Pool was nice and also utilized charcoal grills by beach. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was very nice and we had a great time. The view from both the shared balcony at the front door and the private balcony off the master bedroom were beautiful. Beach is right there!

This is an awesome place to stay.
This is just steps from the beach. Beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony. Easy walk to Caddy’s and KaTiki. Kristen was great to work with. She responds quickly. Our internet was out for a few hours one day. She kept us updated on when it was restored. It is fully stocked with everything you need. We had a fabulous time.

There was plenty of room, we had six adults and one teenager. We had other family staying in other units and when everyone came together it wasn’t crowded. We come to Treasure Island for the peaceful atmosphere and will definitely be renting this unit again.

We have been staying at the Sunset Chateau for several years now and this has been the best unit so far. The unit was very clean and had a lot of extra stuff available to use. There was plenty of room, we had six adults and one teenager. We had other family staying in other units and when everyone came together it wasn’t crowded. We come to Treasure Island for the peaceful atmosphere and will definitely be renting this unit again.

Outstanding Beachfront Property
My family (wife and adult son and daughter) fell in love with this condo. The rooms are large, and the kitchen was well equipped. Other than the sound of the waves in the master bedroom, the apartment was quiet with no noise from adjacent units. The Adirondack chairs on the master bedroom deck overlooking the beach were my favorite place for morning coffee. We were also less than a half mile from a restaurant and a bar with a band. We had a great time here.

The condo was very clean! The master bedroom mattress was described as the marshmallow bed because it was soooooo soft! There were plenty of beach towels. There were no wash clothes for showers. The property is quiet and not crowded especially on the weekdays!!! We loves the private balcony off the master bedroom! We would definitely stay here again!

Penthouse Condo Stay Treasure Island/Sunset Beach
My family and I stayed here for 5 days in December of 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The private balcony off the master bedroom was incredible - our favorite amenity by far, though there were also wonderful views from the balcony off the front door. With 3 bedrooms, it provided enough space for the 5 of us, and the kitchen was well equipped to handle the meals we made each day. This condo is right on the beach, and at night you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We were here a week before the Christmas period so the beach was basically empty. The hosts provided all the information we needed for a great stay, and I would love to return here again soon! Highly recommend it!

Family Vacation
We love this location! We have been coming here for the past 4 years but we have never stayed in this specific condo. This place was beautiful! It was newly renovated and had a perfect layout! The owners were so great! The condo had all the amenities that we could think of. They even went out and bought pool toys for our kids to use! We will definitely be back!
