The hotel was in a very central location, and we could easily reach everything on foot. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. They even provided a bottle of water for each of us, which was greatly appreciated in the very hot weather. The air conditioning also worked very well. The staff communicated clearly and promptly with us throughout our stay, especially Gianpaolo, who was very helpful.
The room door was quite thin, so noise from the common area could be heard easily. On both nights of our stay, other guests arrived late, and we could hear everything happening outside our room. However, overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book again, as it offered everything we were looking for.

Great location near the Trevi. Very walkable area. Comfortable bed and lovely little terrace attached to room.
There’s several keys to access the property but once you get used to it it’s fine. There’s a small lift but I used the stairs. If you’re not great with stairs it may be an issue.

Be aware the shower could be an issue if you are a plus size - we were fine 😝

Good location.
Not recommended for older or people who lack mobility. Lots of steps to in building and in the room. Lift barely fits 1 person and is claustrophobic.
The room and bathroom is very small and we had questions about hair dryer and taxi to the airport that were not answered
