8:30 is a late start for breakfast especially for business travellers. They did, however, provide a continental breakfast to the room the evening before

The house was beautiful and Avril and Neil were delightful. We enjoyed the location and all of the local tips.
Room could have been a bit bigger but not a huge deal at all.
