Great place to stay, I just wish that it had been connected to the main area. I would have liked to have walked down the street to get to the main pool & other areas in the resort. We had to drive out of the small section where the house was located (away from the main resort area) and drive to the main resort area through the front gate to access the rest of the resort.
The place was clean and the beds were nice and firm. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Beautifully decorated.
The check-in process was fine. The staff was extremely helpful when I called to get the check-in information that afternoon that we were checking-in. They helped get us settled with the guard who didn't have our information yet..

It was a big disappointment. Apex told us one thing then the Gaurd at the resort was a major butt hole when it came to getting back in the gate to the property. Note this house is in a gated section of the resort. You have to keep showing your ID or a pass which gets very tedious.
