Park your car and take a stroll to the Bethany Trolley*, take a dip in the community pool** which is steps away from the property, and after a full day of events, kick back in this 2000 square foot townhome. Relax in the family room with 65" television, a screened-in porch for that fresh coastal air along with a grill. There is a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of table and island seating for the family. Also comes with a washer and dryer, and a powder room on the ground floor next to the garage. The garage is available for guest use and comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bicycles, and other items guests can use. First Floor Master Bedroom Suite Includes: king-size bed, 55in TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious walk-in shower Second Floor Guest Room 2 Includes: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 43in TV Guest Room 3 Includes: Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 43in TV Guest Room 4 Includes: Full-sized bunk bed, ceiling fan, and 43in TV. Top bunk is intended for children only. (Weight limit of 250 lbs) Hall Bathroom with shower/tub and dual vanity sinks. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend away, look no further. This home is available for a 3-night stay at $335 per night in the off-season. (Sept 15, 2022 - May 15, 2023) There are plenty of great memories to be made in this wonderful home, waiting just for you! Take advantage of an off-season stays at this home away from home! As per HOA regulations, only 3 cars are allowed to park at the property, 2 in the driveway and 1 directly behind the cars in the driveway. A parking pass will be given for the car parked behind the other 2. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. **To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.** *Bethany Trolley is run by the town of Bethany Beach and may or may not be in use during the season **Access to the community pool is subject to change as per the HOA's decision. 1st Choice will keep renters informed of any changes to the pool's availability ***Please inquire with a manager about our cancellation policy*** No Pets & No Smoking at this property!

We had a fantastic stay at Bluefin Ct. Loved the location of the property (end unit furthest from the road) and the amenities within the small community (pool). Being just outside of Bethany Beach it was a perfect location to hit the town (1.3 miles) and also the grocery store (less than 1 mile).

Excellent property great location away from chaos of beach area but close enough too. Property was stocked with everything we could have needed . Such a lovely and nicely decorated place. Property mgmt also very responsive . Nice walk and bike trails nearby . Just a great time

From the moment of walking in the front door we were all so pleased with this rental. The owners have great taste and everything is updated and stylish. There wasn't anything we felt like we were missing. We especially enjoyed the back patio, the generously stocked garage, and the blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Great place, we would totally consider renting again next year!

Great rental in a great location! Definitely felt like a home away from home. Very clean home and well stocked kitchen and many options of game boards for rainy days. Pool was only steps away from the house which made it very convenient with children. Great communication with property manager to resolve any issue from late check in to questions/concerns about the property. Definitely would stay again!

We booked this house after deciding very last minute to attempt a vacation during Covid. The house was fully stocked with everting you could need. It was also one of the only places that allowed us to not book a full week. I searched based on wanting the option of a pool. It wasn’t until we arrived that we learned that the pool was closed so that was a bummer. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.
