Lovely guest house with really nice owners making yourself immediately comfortable. The house is very clean and lovely decorated. The breakfast was excellent, including some local and self-made products. The coffee is also excellent :) . We also appreciated the very short distance to the Königsee. The place is very peaceful.

Die Lage war richtig toll. Hatte auch direkten Bergblick aus dem Fenster. Die Schlafkammer ist schon recht klein. Ich habe es im Vorfeld anhand der Bilder bereits gesehen und trotzdem gebucht. Wenn man nicht ganz viel Gepäck dabei hat, passt das schon. Das Bett war auch gemütlich, nicht durchgelegen.
Die Schlafkammer befand sich auf der 2. Etage und anscheinend gab es nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad (d. h. 1 WC, 1 Dusche, 1 Waschbecken) auf dieser Etage? Die Größe vom Bad war soweit für eine Person ausreichend und war abschließbar. Allerdings zu Stoßzeiten (z. B. Frühstück) könnte das sicher stressig werden, wenn mehrere Personen das Bad aufsuchen wollen. Wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst und die anderen müssen entsprechend Wartezeit mitbringen.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Königssee fußläufig zu erreichen. Jenner-Bergbahn direkt nebenan. Haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, da die Jenner-Bergbahn mit 47€ überteuert ist, aber dafür kann das Gästehaus nichts.
In der Dusche sollte es einen Mischhahn geben, anstatt einzelne Hähne für Kalt und Warm. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war zu hell. Auch die Nachtischlampen waren zu viel hell. Bett war hart. Kissen hätte dicker sein können. Check-Out bis 9:30 Uhr.
