La amabilidad de todo el personal y la excelente calidad del desayuno y de la cena. Cené los cuatro días en el hotel, a pesar de no estar acostumbrado a cenar tan temprano.
Me parece que la limpieza de la habitación no fué del todo muy buena en mi caso. Tuve que reponer el shampoo y el jabón porque al volver de mis excursiones no tenía más. Pero eso es un pequeño detalle que no empaña el excelente nivel del servicio del hotel en general.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Schön gelegen unweit der Jennerbahn. Kurze Fußwege zur Bushaltestelle und zum Seelände. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt und absolut sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind absolut freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Tochter hat immer einen Betten mach Gruß bekommen wir fanden das richtig Klasse☺️! Das Essen war absolut ok und war jeden Tag richtig lecker.
Die sanitären Anlagen sind etwas veraltet und an manchen Stellen Reperatur bedürftig da könnte man nachbessern. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Matratzen sind leider relativ einfach und nicht ganz so bequem aber noch ok. Mehrgewichtige Menschen oder ältere Menschen könnten allerdings etwas Probleme damit haben.

Everything was good. Nothing to complain but rather suggestion, please keep small refrigerator in the room.
