Located in Faubourg Marigny, this attractive bed and breakfast for $450 per night is a great choice for your next break. This particular listing is for La Suite Natasha: 1,700sf 3 rooms (2 w/balcony), & 1 loft (all queen arrangements) Private living room (queen), dining lounge (2 full), 2 baths, wetbar/kitchenette/hotplate & keyless entry The space: The estate's building faces St. Claude and joins our garden area which has its entrance on Frenchmen. The building contains 3 suites. For vacationers there is La Suite Natasha (this listing) & La Suite Dianne (available in another listing). Le Chat Francais Sasha Fancy is our personal suite. There is also a shared common bar area. Each Suite has a private keyed entrance to the common bar area and back yard. Each Suite has a private keyed entrance to St. Claude. Each suite has a kitchenette/wetbar with 2 mini fridges, microwave, blender, cooking untensils, and a coffee maker. There is no full stove in the kitchenette, instead there are very nice hotplates and a large toaster oven. Each rooms temperature can be personally adjusted with a remote control. Each suite has a bedroom with a balcony facing the St. Claude street car line and one bedroom with a balcony facing the back yard. Guest access: The common areas and the entire Natasha suite. Interaction with guests: We are currently managing this property so we are personally here for you. Note: Listed price is for 8 Guest only, not including children under 15. Up to 10 guest allowed at $50/night per additional guest. Domingo loves old homes & antiques. Although he is a chiropractor by trade, he has a knack for creation and design. He loves to refurbish old homes and antiques. Some of his designs are available to purchase from the home. Domingo put his heart and soul into every detail of this home. Of course he could not do this without his soulmate Natasha who put hear heart in soul into supporting her husband. So we want guest to take care of our home as if it were their own while they are having a good time. Some of the items in the home are valuable and difficult to replace. Enjoy them responsibly so we can happily return your damage deposit. We do pay close attention to the condition to items to before guest arrive and after they leave. The internal structure and layout of this building into two main suites is exactly the same as a double apartment home or town home. Excessive noise and vibrations can be heard and felt by guest in the neighboring suite. Respect is paramount to vacation at Le Femme Francaise in regards to noise levels, activities, and language used. Guest not in congruence with this etiquette will have to leave. This is a relaxing atmosphere.

It was great location off of St Claude st. The walls of the house were very thin and you could hear the other vrbo come back from the bars. The beds were all fulls not queens. The hot water took a while to get hot. Overall it was good experience but we might look at another place next time due to only having 2 bathrooms with 7 people.

Very clean, great location, spacious, with perfect New Orleans flair. Awesome hosts, that made sure we had a list of suggestions on places to visit, and the refreshments and snacks were a great surprise waiting for us when we got there. Plenty of fresh towels and extra blankets and pillows were appreciated! Would definitely book with these hosts again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8. We were so close to Frenchmen st. Which is where we spent the most time. There were also other cool spots within walking distance. Another big convenience is a pharmacy and grocery store are right down the street. Overall very happy with location. In addition the suite was very clean, spacious, and overall great condition. All beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hangout, cook, etc. not to mention the uniqueness of all the rooms as well. There is also a common kitchen area and backyard but we didnt really have to use either since you have your own dining and bar area with everything you should need. Lastly, Natasha and Domingo were super responsive and very accommodating at every turn and simply could not have been easier to communicate with. They also gave a ton of recommendations since it was mostly all of our first trip to Nola. Would highly recommend this place to any group.

Property was in a great location, and was ideal for our stay in New Orleans. I enjoyed the stay. The one thing I didn’t realize is the house is shared with another Vrbo location so some things are shared. Overall, it was a great stay!

Location was good. We had a group of 10 staying with us, had plenty of room for people to sleep. Down side was the shared kitchen. We had no problems with the group that was staying next to us.

The property was clean, well maintained and convenient to all the great music and nightlife on Frenchman and French Quarter. Great nearby po-boy, breakfast joints and hole-in-the-wall bars. Domingo and Natasha were great hosts and very accommodating. They were quick to respond to any questions and always available. We would recommend that the first floor entrance and windows have some shades/blinds/curtains as the street light and morning light are very strong and those sleeping downstairs had a hard time with the light. No other concerns! Thanks for a great stay!

Great house. Had 12 people and we were all comfortable. Easy walks to the Quarter and you can’t beat having the joy of Frenchmen 5 minutes away. Would definitely be back again.

Frenchmen street has the best nightlife and music. We felt safe everywhere we walked. Cafe du monde and bourbon street were both only a .8 mile walk

We had a great time, Natasha and Domingo were very helpful through the entire experience. The property is very unique and well kept. We went for a bachelor party with 8 guys and had no issues. The city trolley was conveniently located to the property. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to New Orleans.

Must stay home when visiting New Orleans!!

This home was exactly what we envisioned when coming to New Orleans. The home itself is beautiful, having an authentic and classic feel while still displaying modern and chic qualities from its floor to beautiful bathrooms and amenities. I visited with 7 girlfriends and it was more than enough space for all of us. The location was prime we enjoyed having a Walgreens just feet away, a 24/7 Po' Boy shop down the block but most importantly we lavished in some mouth-watering treats at the local market a couple of blocks down for brunch. The area of the home was close to everything and anything we wanted planned to visit, most of our Ubers were 8 dollars or less to the French Quarter and Business District areas. Domingo and Natalia were extremely attentive, always being available through phone and in person whenever we needed them. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting New Orleans!!

Lovely place! Excellent location! Wonderful accommodating hosts! Comfortably furnished, fresh and modern with all the appliances you'd need! There are a couple of caveats to note about this rental... (still it was perfect for us) 1. The full kitchen is not inside the unit 2. Comfortably sleeps 10 people, the pull out sofa was excellent (in addition to the 4 beds) but the futons on the first floor felt a little exposed with a noisy water heater nearby 3. Two of the bedrooms have a ton of natural light and are very bright in the morning

I came to New Orleans in order to plan a wedding with my fiance, both of our moms, and three of our friends - and we could not have been more lucky to find this residence to live in! We were the first people to stay here, and I must say, it is a gem! Clean, spacious, and inviting. Domingo and Natasha have clearly put in a lot of work renovating the space; adding beautiful, personal, touches in every corner. Not only is the house great for groups, it is conveniently located within walking distance from all the wonderful Jazz venues on Frenchmen Street, and close to the French Quarter. Domingo and Natasha are also incredibly sweet & hospitable hosts. It was our pleasure to meet them. Needless to say, we plan on staying here again on our next trip!
