We liked the atmosphere, which is more “guest house” than (impersonal) “hotel” . Hosts Bella and Sarin were very helpful, the breakfast was outstanding and Sarin offers a competitively-priced taxi service too. The location is excellent- very central, Bella also recommended a restaurant very close by, which was very good value for money.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

I can't imagine that there is a better place to stay in Akhaltsikhe. Location is steps away from Rabati, rooms were perfectly clean, breakfast was delicious and huge. Most of all, we loved the general demeanor of the hosts. Absolutely some of the kindest, most helpful people we have ever been around. They were always smiling and just had the warmest way of interacting with us, but never invasive or overbearing, and it never felt gratuitous, but very genuine.

Such a warm welcome from the sweetest hosts! Highly recommend staying here. Great breakfast and great location close to the castle and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Easy to park on the street in front of the place.

The facilities met all our expectations, including the double glazed windows which made the room pleasantly quiet. But the winning feature was the couple who own the place. Their hospitality knows no end, starting with a bottle of pretty decent homemade wine to welcome us and followed the next morning by a breakfast treat of truly royal dimensions. We were offered help with any issue we had, and support that went way beyond what we could dream of. If it wasn't for prior arrangements, we would have loved to stay longer. Their warmth and hospitality knows no limits.
What could have been better? Being able to stay longer!
