Wonderful place overall. 9 out of 10. The location is good: the place is near by a railway station and has necessary stores around. Good Kitchen.
Some things caused small discomfort but they are easy to fix buy the owner, maybe they will be fixed soon. For example a bathroom sink faucet.
And to use hot water you have to find and plug a grey plug into kitchen's socket. This side quest is worth some guide I'd say.

Ottima posizione centrale, l'host ci ha lasciato entrare anche un po' prima visto che eravamo già arrivati in città. Casa piuttosto spaziosa.
C'era una perdita d'acqua consistente in cucina che arrivava da sotto il frigorifero e briociole ancora presenti su tavolo e sedie. Mancava una sedia erano 4 noi siamo 5 ma ce l'hanno subito fornita. Utile la lavatrice ma non c'era uno stendino o dei fili su cui stendere. Anche la vasca da bagno perdeva acqua. Presenza di insetti e scarafaggi. Letto matrimoniale piuttosto scomodo.

Чисто, большая квартира, хорошее чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Спать было комфортно даже без кондиционера. Хозяин всегда был на связи.
Спасибо хозяину. В целом соотношение цена/качество отличное.
Не то что бы не понравилось... Скорее насторожило как организован вход в квартиру. Нужно зайти во внутренний дворик и потом подняться по доисторической лестнице на второй этаж. Однако, в итоге это даже добавило положительных эмоций от колорита.
Очень не хватает шторки в ванной. Вся вода на полу.
Кровати скрипучие, но выспались на них на удивление отлично.
