About this house rental
This tranquil holiday home, with views of the ocean through the trees is a short walk from a beautiful beach, and close to wineries, surf, fishing, great restaurants and galleries, and the spectacular scenery of south west Western Australia. TENANTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. The house has four bedrooms, one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and one with four bunks. The house is on three levels, with the living area on the second floor with beautiful views of the sea through the trees.It also has two queen bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom is on the third floor and is a private retreat with spectacular views.The house has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday, including a television, barbecue, pot belly stove and air conditioning in the main living area.
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT RENT TO LEAVERS Minimum 2 night stay NO PARTIES. No more than 8 people to be on the premises at any one time. No noise after 10 pm.
Note: Tenants are required to bring their own linen and towels. Blankets, doonas and pillows supplied.
Absolutely NO PETS, property not suitable for pets.

The amazing view, the beautiful surroundings, close to beach, shops. Everything we needed was there for us. Great communication with the owners, we had an great stay.
