Eagle View is a cosy timber holiday home set in a beautiful natural bush setting, high on the hill in Eagle Bay.

With the entire home on the second level, the main living room is elegant yet comfortable, with ample couches / occasional chairs and a smart TV. The expanse of windows and high raked ceilings creates a light and airy space; with direct access to the fabulous wrap around timber decked balcony with outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ. Enjoy the best of the summer sun whilst you relax and listen to the sounds of the bush, the bird song and whisper of the breeze through the trees.

The fully equipped kitchen offers gas stovetop and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Dining options include the 8-seater and 4-seater indoor settings; or the 8-seater outdoor table which is perfect on those balmy nights, sunny mornings or for leisurely lunches.

The wood fire in the living area will ensure cosy winter days and nights, as well as provide a delightful ambiance. Ceiling fans offer climate control in the warm summer months.

Main bedroom provides queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and w/c, and direct access to balcony. Offers ceiling fan and a/c.

Guest bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.

Kids room with 2 x single bunk beds.

The main bathroom features shower, bath, vanity and separate w/c.

Ideally positioned to enjoy the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of Eagle Bay Beach, or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries of the famous Margaret River Wine Region; or trek the wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
