Excellent location with a short walk into the town centre and plenty of parking which was ideal for us.
Only down side was the heating came on and meant on the second night it was very warm which made it difficult to sleep. Was surprised the heating came on as the property was not cold at all.

The house itself is in a good location and the room was clean and comfortable, albeit very small with little storage so we had to keep cases in car. Bathroom fittings need attention e.g. loose taps / cistern takes forever to refill and is quite noisy, as is the shower heater - though it did provide a good supply of hot water. Well equipped kitchen, parking and a shared sun room.
As others have said, this is a residential home with many guest rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING. When we arrived the guests in the adjacent room were incredibly loud (screaming & shouting) but thankfully left the next day. Another guest was smoking weed outside constantly during our stay and other people returning in the early hours woke us up constantly - & I’m a really heavy sleeper!! I guess your experience is heavily dependent on who else is there during your stay. For us it was like staying in student accommodation.

Excellent location, just a short walk into city centre. Communal kitchen was stocked with complimentary tea and coffee.
Our room was very small with a tiny bathroom. Very hot and stuffy to sleep in.
