About this house rental
Cozy and quaint home located steps from the beautiful Kennebecasis river in the Millidgeville region of Saint John, only 15 minutes from downtown. Our home has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. Complete with full kitchen and furnished indoor and outdoor living space.Close to local hiking trails and perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. During winter months month long stays preferred with 20 percent discount on monthly rentals available.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Perfect location. Short drive to Saint John. Beds are extremely comfortable. Right on the river. Gorgeous view. Extremely well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication with host. Super clean. Would 100% recommend.

Very comfortable accommodation, convenient location for activities in the Saint John area. Hosts were available when we had a mix up with entry(our mix-up). Well appointed kitchen and household extras although we were only there primarily for the accommodation. Would also be a great family holiday location.

Beautiful cottage steps from the water. We saw deer in a neighbor's yard on our way back from dinner. Steps from the water. Enjoyed smore's on the firepit.
