The neighbourhood is welcoming and full of small quirks and daily life. It is much calmer than the city centres, but still within reach by walking or easy public transport. However, I could roam here for more days.
The flat was airy and the bed was very comfortable.
A plus is the washing machine.
Everything was good. There were two dirty glasses, but I just washed them.

The apartment layout was functional, and the structure felt solid and secure, neighbourhood was nice.
The sofa was in very poor condition, with a torn mattress and a loose cover exposing the rubber underneath, making it uncomfortable to use. The bathroom ventilation was broken (with a note asking guests to leave the door open after showering), and the shower drain was nearly clogged. The AC remote was missing. Towels were old and unpleasant, and cookware was heavily worn and did not feel safe to use. Bathroom lighting was partially broken, make it very dim.
Management’s attitude significantly affected the experience. Only three toilet paper rolls and three trash bags were provided for over two weeks for two adults, and requests for refills were refused. This gave the impression that basic necessities were being withheld to push guests toward paying the cleaning fee. Requests for fresh bed sheets were also declined. Cleanliness was also an issue—there was visible dust and even hair on the floors upon arrival. Despite this, the property enforced a €30 cleaning fee (provided NO complemenatry cleaning for such a long stay), which felt unreasonable given the condition of the apartment and discouraged us from requesting cleaning during our long stay.
Overall, the approach felt rigid and unaccommodating, and basic hospitality standards were lacking.
