Staff are so friendly- i used the Shuttle bus pick up/drop off to/from airport. Drivers are so friendly.
Near by places walking distance like pharmacy, small restaurants, bakery, Jollibee, barbecue place and etc
No elevator, not convenient if theres lots of luggages BUT theres employees to help you carry them to upstairs.
When we entered the room, it was hot. Air conditioning is too weak but our room is nice and clean

Friendly and helpful staff, beginning with the driver.
It's very convenient to have the airport transfer as well as a stop to money exchange office on the way.
The room is clean and comfortable for a short stay.
Simple breakfast, good enough to give you a start for the day.
A bit of utilities refreshment would make a big difference.

The room was very nice and clean. We appreciated the possibility to make coffee and te in the room. We also liked the real cover and not just a blanket.
It was super noisy from the hall outside the room. Guests arrived late at night and they woke us up several times.
