It was an emergency booking because the place I booked canceled because of hurricane damage; it couldn’t have worked out better for my family. The condo wasn’t as close to Flagler but worth the drive. The Host was extremely gracious! Highly recommend this unit!🧚🏻‍♀️

It was exactly as described in the listing. The property provided everything you could need for an amazing Florida vacation ( beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards.). You can watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning. The kitchen has everything you could need. The inside is spotless and provided comfortable beds. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. We were able to spend a day at Disney while still being able to vacation on the beach. The property owner is quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean and well equipped. The decor was pleasant and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. So many details, like towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards, to enjoy the beach were taken care of. It was really nice to be right at the pool and also right at the beach with the little ones. The pack 'n play was great to have, too. Stacy was a well informed and always answered questions right away. It's definitely a place we would look at to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! One assigned space is close to the rental which makes unloading/loading the car easy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are plenty of spices available. The guest bedroom has a full bed and twin bed. The outdoor closet has a lot of beach toys and chairs. The pool and beach access were great and never over crowded.

We had a great stay at this condo. We would rent again from the owner.

This condo a New Smyrna Beach is so convenient and cute. It’s been remodeled and it’s perfect for a family. The unit is right outside of the pool but far enough away that you don’t hear any noise. It’s just steps away from the Atlantic ocean and there’s an area right out by the ocean with chairs it’s just a perfect spot. The host was so easy to work with and everything was there that you needed. I will be staying here again with my family I loved everything about this condo.

Our family stayed 3 nights and we had everything we needed! The location was perfect, ground floor was great for the kids to run back and forth to the pool and everything was clean and tidy. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic time at this property. The owner was very responsive, easy to work with and answered all of my crazy questions! The property was very clean, the location was great and having the heated pool steps from the back door was a huge plus. It was exactly what my family needed and we loved it!

This property was clean and perfectly furnished for a family vacation. Kitchen stocked with anything you need to cook, closet full of beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels. Great access to gorgeous beach and two beautiful pools not crowded at all. We enjoyed meeting people vacationing as well sharing great places to check out. Great restaurants, stores and shopping near by. A couple of mistakes on the listing (check out 10am not 11am) and was listed as one bedroom..it’s actually 2. Nothing major and notified contact, I’m sure it will be corrected. Communication with contact was fast and friendly. Perfect place to throw some swimsuits, causal clothing in a small suitcase together and go. We love New Smyrna Beach and Colony Beach club and will definitely be back. Thanks for the memories

Great condo! Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Great location across from the heated pool. We had several family members staying at other condos nearby and everyone agreed ours was the nicest. We really enjoyed out stay and look forward to our next visit.
