About this condo rental
Located in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $390 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 15th Floor End Unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great views from the balcony and dining room bay window. New flat screen TVs in living area and bedrooms. Updates for this year include a new sectional in the living area to seat 10 or more in the living room comfortably. Changed the layout in the 4th bedroom from 2 double beds to 2 queens and 2 twin bunks. Three dressers were added to this room to allow for plenty of storage space for up to 6 kids. Great reviews from renters on this change for a kids room and eliminating the uncomfortable queen pullout in the living area. Sleeping is still for 12 people without having to use the living room couch. This condo is located in the popular Windy Hills area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, oceanfront pool, children's pool, lazy river and fitness center are on site. Big Green Eggs are available for your grilling needs (please use the proper charcoal). Multiple elevators to reduce wait time, full size washer and dryer within the condo. We purchased this condo in November 2015 and continue to update. Updates include, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and back splash in the kitchen, new large flat screens in living area and bedrooms, fresh paint, restocking the kitchen annually, stainless steel appliances and furniture on the balcony. We have owned a number of condo’s in North Myrtle Beach, and this remains our favorite. We also allow our renters to use the beach chairs, toys and unbrellas located in the owners closet outside the condo. Weekly rentals run SATURDAY-SATURDAY. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING BALCONIES INCLUDED.

Lovely 4br condo on the beautiful North Myrtle beach SC. Great views. Wonderful family-oriented resort. Clean, comfortable, fully furnished. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Spending a week with family made it extra special and the weather was perfect. Probably the cleanist VRBO we have stayed in. Plenty of room for all of us and appreciated that there were enough seats in the living room and dinning area for all 9 of us to sit. new furniture in the living room was very comfortable and bunk beds in the 4th bedroom were very comfortable according to my grand sons. I really didn't have much contact with Stan because everything was just the way it was supposed to be.

The check in is so easy, the condo is furnished nicely. Triplets enjoyed their bedroom with bunk beds. We are a family of 4 generations and this condo met all of our needs. The owner is so easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for providing a great place for us to stay

This condo is the place to stay in Windy Hill Dunes. It has everything a renter needs other than food and drink. The view from the 15th floor is wonderful. The condo is very clean well decorated to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable and linens are provided. The washer and dryer make it easy to keep everything clean. My friends and I were totally happy staying in 1506 and are planning to rent it again next year!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location was near shopping and restaurants. This was the cleanest condo in which we have ever stayed. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The linens were nice and soft. Our only problem was there were 11 remotes to the television and DVD player in the living room. Being older ladies that are not electronic savvy, we were not able to use the television or watch movies. We did contact the owner but were still not able to figure things out. Maybe label only those devices that operate the television and player.

I had a great week with my 2 sisters and we loved the condo. It was chilly in the afternoon/evening sitting on the shaded balcony but later in the season, that would be a welcome relief. And you can't beat the view!

We have been renting winter condos in North Myrtle Beach for 14 years. This condo is by far the best!! The unit, as well as the entire building, are both very well maintained. In addition, this unit is especially well equipped with everything needed. Windy Hill Dunes is in a quiet part of the beach but close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. As an added bonus, the views r spectacular!! Perhaps best of all, the owner is very attentive, checking to make sure everything is in order. In a word, our stay was perfect!!

Our original property had elevator issues. With less than 24 hours before arrival, I went to VRBO, entered our criteria and found this fantastic property. The on line photos were great but reality was even better. Location is great and the pool and fitness room were used several times and were better than expected (heated pool). Oh and all 3 elevators worked! Corner condo was extra nice with larger balcony and extra window. And the kitchen was better equipped than our home kitchens. We cooked a bit and that was an extra plus. Wonderful and we hope to return.

Beautiful condo with ample sleeping arrangements for entire family. Kitchen has an abundance of everything and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The view was awesome and my grandkids loved the pool and lazy river. Mr. Pritchard was gracious and our family really enjoyed our stay.

This condo is ideal for 6-8 beach loving friends or larger (up to 12) family member groups—spacious, completely and thoughtfully furnished, on the beach with amazing balcony views from the 15th floor and nice amenities, including hot tub and pool, lazy River, and Green Egg grills. The owner (Stan Pritchard) is responsive and anticipatory. The beach was broad and beautiful, despite a recent hurricane. The place was very clean and comfortable, although the couches have seen better days. Our crew of 6 all loved it; we may well try to rent it again.

The condo was perfect for our family. Two masters. One for our son/wife and one for my husband and myself. Then 2 more bedrooms with a jackn’jill bathroom which was perfect for our daughter/husband and their 2 small children. It had all the amenities we needed, set right on the beach. Our host was wonderful. If we had a question and texted him, he replied immediately. Would definitely recommend this condo. We would stay here if we go to North Myrtle Beach again!!!

Pros: It’s in an excellent, quiet location. The views from the condo are amazing and there is a large balcony. The oceanfront master bedroom/bathroom is spacious and the whirlpool tub is a nice feature. The kitchen is well equipped and they also have books and some games available, as well. The storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was super helpful to have. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is plenty of parking (though if you need handicap spot, those aren’t as plentiful and many times we couldn’t find one available.) The pool area is nice (we liked that part of the pool was underneath the building and always shaded).
Cons: The entire place just needs a good deep cleaning. Underneath the couch and the cushions are probably months worth of food and debris. The towels provided by the cleaning agency are what I’d expect to find at a very cheap motel (they left lint balls everywhere.) They’ll serve the purpose, but I wish we had brought our own. The thermostat can’t be set below 70°, so if you’re like us and keep your house really cool, that might pose a problem. Half of the condo is very warm (basically from the kitchen up), though the 3 back bedrooms are much cooler. There are also no locks on the balcony doors. It wasn’t a huge concern for us because our little one wasn’t tall enough to open it, but it could be a safety issue for others with children.
Overall, the condo is nice and none of issues ruined our week. We know that most of what we experienced were out of the control of the owner, who was very responsive and apologetic. It just didn’t quite meet the 5 star expectation.

Where do I begin?! The pictures don’t do justice for how gorgeous this property is! The condo is just lovely and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possible need, even a double waffle maker which we really enjoyed using. The pool and lazy River are really nice. But the views are what really make this condo so wonderful! The views are incredible, and you can see the ocean from most of the condo. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony too. I can’t say enough good things about this property!
