About half a mile from historic John's Pass Village and only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport this condo is the perfect setting for an escape to the beach. This unit is newly remodeled (2022) with new floors and new main bathroom. New flat screen TV's, wireless internet and much more. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is new with a double bed and the third bedroom has a daybed that opens to a king. Some new remodeling in the condo made other inconveniences better. The little lock box to get the key was smaller than all the other ones and it truly made it almost impossible to see numbers pr get the key in or out and that’s the truth! No grill at the site really dampens a beach vacation cause everyone loves to grill during a long stay at the beach. The key situation to get into any door is too much to have to endure during a vacation, at least have the pool and beach doors unlocked for convenience of vacationers. So sorry but the owners and managers have to think about the tenants comfort and I am a huge safety person but if anyone really wanted in the oool from the beach they can just jump over the railing why make it sooo hard to leisurely walk in!

Condo was great - it was very well equipped and had everything you needed and was in a great location. Keyless entry would have been helpful as there was 4 of us and only 2 sets of keys. Most other rental places have keypad entry. And we needed keys to access the pool and the beach and the stairs/elevator. Good for security I suppose.

The Condo was more than wonderful. Very clean and location was convenient. I ended up hosting my adult son and daughter for an unexpected surprise.Beach was very family oriented and private. No wild parties. Having beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice extra. You literally need nothing but clothes to stay. I will definitely be returning in future

The condo was well equipped with all you need for a week stay. Really enjoyed the corner unit as we sat on the balcony every day enjoying the sounds an sights of the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Direct beach front. The place is surrounded by a porch facing the ocean, you can wake up to he sound of waves and clear ocean and see sunset from your own porch. The building has onsite pool with lots of lounge chairs and outdoor shower. The place has everything a family needs, board games, beach toys and chairs and towels, washer and dryer, cooking wares and K cup machine. A little over a mile from grocery, walking distance to 711 and John Pass village, and yummy ice cream is across the street. Communication from host is fast and responsive. We will be back!

We had a really nice time at this condo. It was perfect for our little children (6,3,1). The ocean was just steps away and the kids loved finding little seashells. We also often utilized the pool in the evening time, when we didn't want to get all sandy again. We enjoyed the Candy Kitchen and the restaurant "Caddy's", that were within walking distance. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

Walk to coffee and ice cream across the street! Then plenty of restaurants and bars all under 1 mile. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Also when we checked in their was a man in the parking garage giving us all kinds of insights on the building and sights in the area!

This property was well equipped with everything you need & clean when we arrived. My only complaint would be that the ice maker did not work & had to use ice trays. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay there again.

Great location...walked the beach to John's Pass and saw dolphins jumping every morning! Well equipped, comfortable beds, incredible sunsets from the balcony, nice pool and couldn't be closer to the Gulf. An older building yet unit is nicely remodeled and building is well maintained. Will definitely return!

My family and I stayed at Villa Madeira (Rental # 342780) just last week (6-10-17). The condo is beautifully decorated and it was VERY clean. Free Wi-Fi was a plus with teenagers!! Great location...right across from Candy Kitchen which our family LOVED. Also very close to John's Pass where there is so much to do and the beach is one of the closest walks from the condo to the shore. Also loved that the storage room on the balcony had plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, ect. to use. Our family (21 total) has been coming to this area since 1995 and this is one of our favorite condos to stay in. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond if we had any questions! Can't wait to go back next year!

I can't say enough about this place… Immaculate, wonderful location, Dolphins were seen every day! We loved being across the street from the Candy Kitchen and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely and you can walk quite a ways out before it gets deep, the sand is not rocky and it is firm which is nice for families. The "toy" closet on the patio is stocked with coolers, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, boogie boards ....even a cart to transport your accouterments to the beach!!
Owner was a pleasure to work with, responded very quickly to questions. Please note there is a Keriug coffee machine in the kitchen which is a nice added feature.
If you are thinking of a vacation in Madeira Beach, do not hesitate to work with Gabrielle and rent this beautiful condo.

We had a great stay in this condo. Clean, nice upgrades and comfortable. Just bring your bathing suit. Beach closet is packed and has plenty of beach towels. Owners were super easy to work with, from booking to checking out. Flawless. The location is perfect and near a Publix that has an Instcart option.

My family and I enjoyed spending the week in this beautiful, renovated condo. It has everything you need,its like being at home. The condo was very clean and was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this unit as I can be positive they will love it.I also want to express a big thank you to the owner who allowed us to rent this unit as she was very accomodating. We want to rent this unit again next year.

My husband and I, our two teens and my parents stayed at this condo. We had a great time! The condo was nice, spacious enough for all of us. Bathrooms were very nice. The beach was awesome and it was nice to have beach chairs to use. Johns Pass was only a short walk to shopping and dining. Was a great trip! The only negative would be the maybe get nicer pots and pans to cook with. And the fan on the balcony was not working, so it was quite hot sitting out there in July. I know Gabrielle said she was going to have it fixed, but it would have been nice to have been able to use it. Other than that the condo was great! Very easy access to beach and the sunset was beautiful!! We all really enjoyed this condo and the area. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Would recommend it! :)

My wife and I decided to take our kids to the beach for the first time. We live in Nebraska and had never rented a condo along the beach so we were a little bit nervous about renting a condo online that we had never seen. We were not disappointed! This condo is better in person than in the pictures! Everything in this condo was very modern, and it was very comfortable. This condo has everything you need including dishes, silverware, and cookware. The beach is literally just feet away from the property. The beach was very clean, and was never crowded. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and sand toys! The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the transaction was easy and smooth. We will be back!
