The rental prices on this Two Story Beach Villa range between 2,100 usd to 2,995 usd per week according to the month of the year and how many overnight guests. This beautiful 5 star ocean front property (Diamond # 4) is located just 15 minutes south of Cancun airport in a small fishing village called Puerto Morelos. Our gorgeous home has been designed with 3,444 sq ft with your comfort in mind. A few of the amenities are marble floors, 9 tons air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in entertainment center with a 65 inch Smart TV, granite counter tops and vanities, a very open floor plan with 10' to 20' ceilings and private inside bar.
With the rental of this luxurious home you will also have access to a beautiful custom design swimming pool and spa, private gated semi covered parking area. Although you "do not" need a car for transportation because we are located in town and not in the outskirts of town. Come and treat yourself to this fine luxurious unique accommodation. Puerto Morelos has been called the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera. This is the place to relax, watch the sunrise on the beach, meet the locals and just simply soak up the warm Caribbean sun. Our experience at this property exceeded expectations. The pictures on the website cannot display the beauty of the the interior and exterior of this property. The lighting is amazing due to the multitude of windows. The living room has high ceilings so it feels very spacious. All the bedrooms were clean and have excellent layouts, especially the master bedroom. There is even access to the rooftop for beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with everything you need. There are generous amounts of dishes, cups, cooking utensils, paper towels, spices, cooking spray, paper towels, tupperware, Ziploc bags and 5 gallon jugs of water that can be replaced when empty.There is a nice shaded area with seating just outside the kitchen that faces the ocean and adjacent to the pool. There is also a private beach section with 4 palapa umbrellas and plenty of lounge chairsYou have direct access to the beach. Speaking with locals, there is a lot of seaweed that is adversely affecting the beach experience. Fortunately, in front of this stretch of Puerto Morelos they have floating barriers that do an amazingly well job of keeping the seaweed away so the beach and swimming experience is wonderful. This is very fortunate because we walked just half mile to the left of the property and could see piles of seaweed accruing on the beach making it unusable. Would definitely book this property again. We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Homes. Liz was extremely kind in reaching out to us to be sure our stay was perfect. She was a very kind host. The home was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the location was extremely quiet. We were able to get some much needed rest. The property is gated. We felt very safe at this location. The pool and grounds were always being cleaned. It was wonderful having the pool and beach right in front of the property. I was very impressed with this property.

There could have been a few more kitchen supplies plates, glasses etc. But we only ate breakfast here. Perfect location
