Todo! La vista es inmejorable, frente al mar desde la sala y la habitación principal. Cerca de la estación de tren de Pineda y de muchos comercios. Muy cómodas las instalaciones, éramos 4 adultos y 2 niños. Y César muy amable en todo momento: respondía rápido y fue flexible con nuestro horario de entrada y salida

Sehr schön renovierte und saubere Wohnung mit bequemen Betten und grundsätzlich allem, was man braucht. Lediglich eine Spülmaschine und etwas mehr Arbeitsfläche in der Küche hätten uns gefehlt.
Das Badezimmer ist allerdings **extrem klein**. Die Dusche ist nur ca. 50 x 60 cm groß und für fünf Personen ist das Bad mit etwa 1 x 1 m einfach sehr beengt.
Unser größtes Problem war leider die **extreme Hellhörigkeit**. Die Nachbarn waren teilweise die ganze Nacht mit ihren Kindern wach und sehr laut. Durch den Versorgungsschacht in der Mitte des Hauses, an dem auch die Fenster liegen, waren zusätzlich ständig Geräusche und Licht im Zimmer. Dadurch war an erholsamen Schlaf leider kaum zu denken – wir sind deshalb sogar **zwei Tage früher nach Hause gefahren**.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, was für uns kein Problem war. Parken direkt in der Nähe war schwierig. Wir haben für 8 € pro 24 Stunden einen Parkplatz am Strand gebucht, was für uns sogar praktisch war, da wir dort Liegen und Sonnenschirme lassen konnten.
Der Strand war okay, teilweise etwas steinig und das Wasser wurde schnell tief. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fußgängerzone und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war einiges los, aber nicht überfüllt.
Der Vermieter war **sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit** und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Schade, denn die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich eine **kleine Perle** – leider hat uns die Hellhörigkeit den Aufenthalt und vor allem den Schlaf sehr verdorben.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It offers three separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, a beautiful balcony with a sea view, a bathroom, and a separate utility room/inner balcony with a washing machine.
The apartment has a powerful Samsung air conditioner, which was more than enough to keep the entire place cool. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, including all the essential kitchen appliances and household items.
The location is excellent. The beach is only a 2-minute walk away, and the main street of Calella—with plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries—is also just 2 minutes away. The Calella train station is about a 5-minute walk, with direct trains to Barcelona (around 1 hour) and easy connections to Lloret de Mar via Blanes (also about 1 hour).
Cesar is a wonderful host—friendly, experienced, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Calella or Pineda de mar.
The only minor downside was some noise from the neighboring apartment late at night. Children were often awake at 2am, 3am, playing, crying, and running around, which could make it a bit difficult to fall back asleep if you woke up during the night. Other than that, everything was great.

El piso estaba reformado y las camas eran cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado. La ubicación junto a la playa es buena. Para 4 personas y pocos días, está bien.
Es un 3º sin ascensor, faltaba menaje (no había tostador, los utensilios eran 6 justos, alguna bandeja para cocinar), no tenía horno, el lavabo era muy pequeño...
