You Need to change the shower head

The apartment is centrally located so it was easy for us to go around. Also a bonus that it's right beside CEV(ceviche) which is one of the most popular restaurants in the island. We ended up eating there on our first night out of convenience and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food! Later found out that it's one of the top rated, must-try restaus in Siargao. If you're reading this... CEV is a MUST!!! The entire apartment is big and spacious! Bigger than most standard hotel rooms which we appreciated. It is roadside, so note that from time to time there might be some noise. But nothing too bothersome for us. They have Starlink wifi which worked EXCELLENTLY during our entire stay. I work heavy Teams meetings for hours on end with multiple back to back calls and the wifi held up pretty well. Connection was seamless and no delays at all. So if your work is less demanding than that in terms of bandwidth... you'll be just fine. Not sure why most of the reviews say wifi isn't great -- maybe they were connected to the extension instead of the main router? Lastly and most notably, the Greenhouse team is amazing and high-touch in terms of service. I reached out to the staff via WhatsApp before arriving and that made everything easier for sure. The resort manager was attentive to whatever we needed and even checked in from time to time, making sure we had everything we needed. He even sent us a list of highly-rated restaurants in the island which we definitely burned through. When we needed to rent a scooter, we just had to message him. Van service? Also taken care for us! When there were scheduled power outages, he notified us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. (Note that staying at the apartment during a power outage isn't bad either... you have the fan, lights, and wifi since they have solar power. Still pretty comfortable!) Great team and good apartment. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the beach access wasn't available during our stay because they're building more villas which blocked the path. Not necessarily something we didn't like, but definitely a good-to-know for anyone expecting direct beach access. This is more about timing really. Once construction is done, the beach access will be opened again. So just set your expectations accordingly and confirm with the Greenhouse team. They're highly accommodating and helpful, so you can ask for recommendations on other beach accesses.
