Brak okna nie przeszkadzał bo będąc w Baku w hotelu byliśmy tylko w nocy. Bardzo przyjazny personel. Ciepły wystrój wnęt

Świetne śniadania w przytulnej restauracji hotelowej ,bardzo przyjazny personel.

Nasz pokój nie miał okna, tzn miał ale zamurowane , bez światła dziennego.

Уютный отель с домашней атмосферой и отличным завтраком

Отличные завтраки! Все свежее, вкусное, сырная тарелка, омлет с помидором и сыром в сковородке, кофе хороший, выпечка разнообразная, фрукты и пр. Доброжелательный персонал, забота о каждом госте, вечером возвращались в отель как будто к себе домой, спасибо всем сотрудникам отеля! Чистый современный номер, удобные кровати, никаких посторонних запахов, настоящая горячая вода в душе.

Шумновато, тк номера первого этажа выходят на улицу, где прям под окнами разъезжаются машины, приезжает и загружается машина для вывоза мусора, громко разговаривают люди и тд. Но это конечно не зависит от персонала и вообще субъективно. Если намотаться за день по городу и экскурсиям, то засыпаешь сквозь этот обычный шум большого города.

Останавливайтесь в этом оьеле

Это место, куда хочется возвращаться. Так уютно, изысканно, вкусно. А самое главное- персонал! Хозяева сами встречают- провожают гостей. Готовы помочь во всем. Есть чем гордиться этому отелю

Best hotel in Baku, definitely will come again

Everything, I truly felt like home. Elmar made us feel like home with his exceptional hospitality. I have never felt like I HAVE TO thank somebody over a review but after all the awesome service we have been provided, it’s fair to say that this is the best hotel to stay in by far. Breakfast menu was super delicious and they cook specifically to your liking so the food was always hot and fresh. The staff was super helpful and friendly, they speak really good English and they will take care of you VIP treatment. If you have 1% doubt, this is your sign to book here. Also, the surrounding area is super walkable and you can easily get to the subway from there. And if you have a car, they have their own parking space at the hotel.

فندق نظيف وممتاز والموظفين في غايه الاخلاق والفطور رائع ويجهز لك علئ طاوله الطعام وانا اطلب طلب اضافي يوميا ومايتاخرو بخدمه الزبون وراحته وتم ترقيه غرفتي ال غرفه كبيره اشكرهم لانا الابتسامه ماتفارق وجوههم .

جميع العاملين في الفندق ذو اخلاق عالية ومتعاونين جدا والابتسامة لا تفارق وجوههم وسرعة تلبية ما تحتاج اليه كما انهم يهتموا كثيرا بوجبة الفطور وتوفير العصيرات الطازجة والمكسرات والفواكه المتنوعة ولجميع اعضاء الفندق كل التقدير والاحترام وان شاء الله لوحضرت باكو مره اخرى اكيد حيكون مكاني هنا

يستحق الزيارة

‏المكان هو عبارة عن دور واحد به عدة غرف جميلة نظيفة ومتكاملة بعيد قليلاً عن المدينة القديمة ولكن سيارات الأجرة رخيصة. اشكر الاخت اميرة على حسن الاستقبال الفطور متنوع ولذيذ ، كانت ليلة ماطره لا تنسى…. سوف اعود اليه

Невероятное гостеприимство, супер завтрак! Первый отель про который могу сказать, что вернусь

Начнём с самого начала. За пару дней до заселения отель напишет вам общую информацию и предложит трансфер, если вы впервые в Баку то соглашайтесь!) нас пытались обмануть и водитель Bolt и такси аэропорта, в итоге уехали за 40 манат (дороже чем предлагал отель), а стандартная цена поездки 11-15 манат от аэропорта до отеля, но это лирика) С самого начала нас прекрасно встретили, заселили в комнату, она была маленькая но мы брали самый простой номер, есть все необходимое, уборка по запросу. В отеле тихо!! Это редкость,т.к они на дорогах постоянно шумят и сигналят. 10 мин пешком до метро Низами, это 2 станции от центра и 3 от Старого города. Рядом есть все необходимое, много магазинов, прекрасная кондитерская, вкусный ресторан Nuxa. Считаю, что расположение отеля прекрасное, погуляв по городу мы точно поняли, что не хотели бы жить в центре- ооочень шумно, а тут до любых частей города добирались очень быстро. Завтрак это отдельная любовь. Очень сытный и вкусный, также на столе много фруктов, а какой выбор сладостей! невероятная пахлава и др вкусняшки). Кстати управляющий всегда присутствовал на завтраке, мог пообщаться с гостями, подсказать и помочь

Все прекрасно От арома-диффузора в номере Достаточно яркий запах, но мы отдали сам диффузор на ресепшн и все стало ок. (Это я придираюсь, правда не знаю какие минусы можно назвать😄)

Świetny hotel

Hotel spełnił nasze wszyskie oczekiwania, a nawet je przerósł. Cały Hotel jest bardzo czysty oraz ładny, pokoje funkcjonalne, wygodne i przytulne. Jest to jeden z lepszych hoteli w jakim byliśmy, na pochwałę zasługuje obsługa hotelu, świetni i pomocni ludzie, zorganizowali nawet tort na urodziny :) Śniadania były super, bardzo smaczne i duży wybór, dla każdego się coś znajdzie. Jesteśmy zachwyceni osobami, które pracują w tym hotelu i polecamy wszystkim ten hotel. My na pewno wrócimy :)

Esperienza perfetta, senza eguali

Home Boutique Hotel, un nome, una garanzia. La cordialità dello staff è senza eguali, e lo diciamo avendo viaggiato tanto. Prima del nostro arrivo, abbiamo parlato con loro diverse volte su whatsapp. Si sono sempre resi disponibili e cordiali per ogni nostro chiarimento. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno accolto calorosamente, spiegandoci tutti i dettagli in un perfetto inglese. Alla colazione, già abbondante e a buffet, ci hanno offerto una degustazione di piatti tipici locali, tutti squisiti. Che dire per il resto, camere in perfetta pulizia e con tutti, TUTTI, i prodotti necessari per la cura del corpo, comunicazione facile, sanno come farti sentire a casa. Uno staff che ci rimarrà nel cuore.

Exceptional stay

Excellent stay. Comfortable, very well run hotel with great breakfast and exceptional staff. Elmira and Elmar in particular are amazing and a great asset to the hotel. Warm, welcoming and helpful. We initially stayed for 3 nights and then came back for 1 more night later in our trip - it felt like coming home. We also bought a SIM card and booked a day trip to Xinaligh with the hotel - both great choices. Staying here really enhanced our whole stay in Azerbaijan- I would highly recommend it.

Очень приветливый персонал, под руководством чуткого управляющего. Всегда подскажут если могут, лишнего не спросят. Отличные завтраки, выбора немного, но наполняют на целый день, я в восторге, как можно из такого простого завтрака сделать событие, но у ребят получилось. Номера убирают по запросу, никто не будет ломиться в двери в полдень, если вы решили побыть в номере. Убирают очень тщательно, даже приходится по номеру искать свои провода, но все сложено аккуратно, претензий нет.

Наверное только можно сказать про шумоизоляцию, несмотря на все попытки отеля бороться с внешним шумом - все равно слышно как ходят люди и открываются двери. Если гости громкие, то еще и разговор слышно. Но опять же, т.к отель маленький много шума не создаётся

I was impressed with the hotel. It's a proper boutique hotel. Everybody is so kind and friendly. Stuff is extremely good and responsive - one of the best service I've ever been experiencing. English on the excellent level! Room is new and clean. All the toiletries have been replaced daily. It really a pleasure to stay in the hotel.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at!

The staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Elmira and Elmar, they helped us in any way! The rooms were very modern and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was soo yummy as well, the pancakes and the mushroom omelette were the best! We also took a tour of Gabala and Gobustan from the hotel which was so nice! Will stay at this hotel when we come back to Baku! :)

Superb

We stayed for a week end of June. The hotel is small but has all the amenities you would need. the staff are very helpful and available 24 7. Breakfast was really good and they make a good cappuccino. Rooms are clean, large enough and the bathrooms have hot water throughout. the only flaw is the AC isn't directed at the bed, so it does take time for the room to cool. the hotel is 20 mins away from the main square, there are three supermarkets nearby, you can buy a sim card five minutes away so it is well connected. a big shout out to Elmar (manager), Elmira (receptionist), Rafiq (technician) and Yasin (waiter) for making our stay comfortable. we also rented a car from them to see some sights and it was affordable, safe and clean.

As already mentioned here many times : the staff and breakfast are amazing.

Unfortunately, i got a room without window and that is unacceptable . It must be clearly mentioned and quoted as economy room without window and not sold as standard room. The rest apart of the room was great.

Location, parking availability, staff welcoming and supportive meanwhile trying their best to get the customer satisfaction despite all the issues facing

Rarely I negatively evaluate a hotel stay but i have been mislead by the reviews shared on this hotel 99% of the reviews not matching the current conditions. Room and bathroom cleaning is very poor and need improvement Laundry for the bed sheets and duvet covers not proper Toilet fresh air system is weak and bathroom bad smell affecting all rooms. Breakfast not served as open buffet but mix of direct table serving and dessert/ fruit buffet only which limits the variety available for the customer.
