In the event the reservations exceeds $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made prior to 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total. Dog Friendly! Beautiful open concept home. 3 king bedrooms with en suites and a den with 2 single bunk beds make this property perfect for multi-generational or multi-family vacations. This home is ideally located just down the street from the white sand beaches, restaurants and shops. After a day of fun in the sun relaxing by the heated pool in your own backyard oasis. This house has every luxury you could want, Flat-screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, beautiful 'wood' tile floors, quartz countertops, free phone/cable/wireless Internet Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or historic Bridge St. Have a bite at Chateau Anna Maria, or the Beach Bistro or grab a burger and enjoy the game at Skinny's. Go paddle boarding or kayaking in the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf Of Mexico. We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property” Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit of $250 will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occurs as a result of their stay, we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties. We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to [email protected] as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations

We stayed for a week with two dogs. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. We loved the heated pool. We were very comfortable and the property manager was very responsive to our needs. This property is perfectly situated on the island and within a short walking or driving distance to a public beach with gorgeous sunset views. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Our dogs were comfortable inside the house and in the fully fenced backyard. The neighborhood was pet-friendly as well but you need a flashlight for nighttime walks because the streets are dimly lit. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family vacation.

This property was exactly as described. The backyard was the perfect oasis with the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, well equipped with everything you could need and the 3 en-suite bathrooms were ideal for our needs. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Central location. Great heated pool. Very nice layout with three bedrooms that each have privacy and a fourth bedroom with double bunk beds - that our kids loved. Would rent again.

This house made a great vacation spot for my family. We soaked up the sun and enjoyed the pool and waterfall hot tub. Lots of mosquitoes, my father ended up at urgent care so use bug spray. The location is great and close to a ton of activities and restaurants.

The floor plan is perfect as each king suite had a private bath. The furniture was adequate in the living area. Toaster did not work very well. TVs in 3 of the bedrooms did not work. Other than that, fabulous. I would definitely go back!

Incredibly happy with the responsiveness of the owners as well as the property. Location is ideal. House is lovely and well kept. Ran into a normal rental wear-and-tear situation (broken beach wagon) and it was replaced immediately. We were very impressed.

We had quite a large crew. The house was big enough that we didn't feel that we where on top of each other. The kids (ages 5 and 7) loved the pool and the bunkbeds. Short walk to the beach. There are two bikes, 4 beach chairs, sand toys. We also liked that there was a washer/dryer on the property. The property also has a shower outside for rinsing off the sand. I loved the way the home was decorated. It made me feel right at home. The Publix grocery store is only about 10 min. away. We did stop there before we went to the property. (picked up paper products and snacks) The home did have 2 rolls of TP in each bathroom with small bars of bath soap. The kitchen had 1 roll of paper towels, small bottle of dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs.

Great spot and close to beach
This was a great rental for a multi generation vacation. Lots of privacy for each bedroom and the kids had their own bunk room. The pool was a huge hit and it has sun and shade all day long. There are multiple beach chairs for use along with toys and an umbrella (the boogie boards and umbrella were broken). The kitchen is large and spacious and great for making meals. It lacks proper pans and other cooking supplies. Make sure you rent a golf cart for getting around and see the sunsets!

Paradise on AMI
We loved our stay here! Our favorite parts of of the property were the backyard, proximity to the beach, and the bright decor. Additionally, communication with management was excellent. It accommodated seven people and a small dog nicely.
Some cons: cookware could have been cleaned more thoroughly, cell phone service in the home was nonexistent (luckily there was a landline provided), and bunk bed room was lacking in wall outlets (perhaps a power cord can be added in the future?)
Overall, we would stay here again in the future. We definitely recommend it!

Great location
Perfect for 2 families of 4. Plenty of room. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Beach is close. Bikes were used everyday too. It was a great time to de stress during this pandemic.
