Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 4.5 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.
Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites w/ en-suite baths. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four sharing a hallway full bath .
TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.
Pool and deck overlook lake.
Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.
Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.
Great location for Disney area vacation.
Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.
* Pool heater subject to weather conditions. Not available if temperature is below 60 °F (15 °C) to prevent the unit from freezing.
Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.
Hot Tub heated free of charge. Tiled throughout the house.

House was in great condition and is in a very convenient location. Quick access to Disney, only 30 minutes from Universal and close to multiple shopping and dining options. The pool was clean and clear and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Host was easy to get a hold of for any communication. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

The property was perfect for our visit to Orlando. We were located close to the parks and minutes away from Margaritaville. Maria and Andy were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

We’ve just returned from the most magical stay in this gorgeous 4-bedroom villa that had everything we could possibly need for a perfect Florida getaway — and then some.The private pool was an absolute dream after long days at the parks and the location was perfect - genuinely close to Walt Disney World but tucked away in a peaceful area where we could properly relax.The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and some very thoughtful little touches - the welcome sign was such a lovely surprise! But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. They were absolutely fabulous from start to finish — friendly and responsive and it’s clear they take very good care of their property and their guests.If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, sunshine-filled stay in Kissimmee with amazing hosts, this villa is an absolute gem. Believe the 5 star reviews and don’t hesitate to book!
