we had to wait for the room to fix the a/c and in the end we got different room with 2 separate beds instead of queen

Only location...

Hotel has "the best" time a many years ago . Need significant refurbishment and improvements. Stayed in few OYO's before and have definitely better experience. Poor communication with reception and management, all stay duration was paid by cash , but NO Receipt or payment confirmation has been issued .
