Staff was very good. Location was also perfect. They have water refill cooler. A great place for food right next door. Like less than 30 seconds . The view is also perfect from outside the hotel. its right on the sea like

Great budget hotel.
There are 3 streets in Sandakan that don't smell, all others do, so this street was just normal.
Area outside the hotel is kept clean.
Please invest in new sheets and pillow cases ans a better laundry. So silly when everything else is great!
Towels were good quality.
Pillow cases grey, but smelt fresh.
Sheets awful, but staff came to change immediately.
Our family room was ridiculously small. No space to put three bags. Had to shuffle sideways past beds to get in!

Value for money
Really loud at night kept us up / woke us up. WIFI didn’t work and the lock on the window didn’t shut properly. Didn’t feel very safe.
